Worst experience here. Have used them several times in the past and they were great. Zero communication from them this time. Our vehicle was with them for almost 2 months and the only phone call we got from them was the day it was complete. We called every other week to check in and got the same run around every time. They refused to give us a timeline and used the same excuse of waiting on parts each time. Turns out they are just short staffed in the shop. We explained to them multiple times we also own a service shop and understand the issues but they have to communicate with us. They acted like they couldn’t care less. When we picked vehicle up they were cheerful and reminded us about a survey we would get on our experience then handed us the survey results they wanted us to use. I asked to speak with the manager and explained our terrible experience. She did apologize but made excuses about all new people being in place. If you can’t train new people in two months you likely aren’t training them at all. I would avoid this place until they can get their mess back together.

I had a great experience at flow, everyone in the office was polite, simply outstanding, I even got to speak with the manager and was happy to know my vehicle was in good hands, the process was long and tedious, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day right. I recieved "frequent" enough updates, to the best of the abilities of all involved, and wasn't to worried about using the rental for a while. Thanks to all who were involved and got me back up and running.

The customer service from Judi was amazing!! So sweet and helpful. The new manager Lindsey was also wonderful, and this shop was so easy to work with under the new management. The paint was very well done and great quality work. Will be coming back in the future.

I want to give a shout out to Flow and Paint Body Center. I took my car in after a collision I was involved in. From the very beginning they were very kind, great customer service, prompt work, reasonable and oh my goodness...my vehicle looked better (great quality work & paint) and drove better then it did before. Made an appt for an estimate. When I arrived bays were closed and no one was there working on cars. This was 3:15pm on a Tuesday. 2 girls from the office came out and looked at damage. Informed me they could not write an estimate. This had to be written by someone in the body shop. There was no one there. Also said be between 3 -possibly 8 weeks approximately to fix because of a bad recent hail storm. They were a little backed up they said. I reiterate THERE WAS NO ONE WORKINGTO THEIR CREDIT they may not do repairs there any more I didn’t ask.The girls weee very nice!! I admit I was quite frustrated at this point. I am going to get another estimate from another body shop. You know the one where you get a paper with numbers on it. Lol. My problem is that I called and made an appointment for an estimate and I don’t understand why they made an appointment when there was no one there to do it. The other guy has to pay for the damage so I am not really concerned with the price.I just want the truck which we only had 2 months when this happened fixed. Fixed right! And in a timely manner. I have a Chevy so I thought a Chevy dealership would be a good choice because of being able to get parts and no problem matching paint etc.I have not completely ruled using them but I am really Leary now. All because they made an appointment and wasted my time.

The girls in the front , Judy and Melanie, are very welcoming, sweet, and friendly! The guys in the back always do an excellent job on my Cadillacs!!

This company had a problem not returning calls. However, they seemed to have corrected the problem. The staff is now responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am glad I went.

I took my Subaru outback for an estimate after I was involved in an accident. The lady told me that I should have an estimate in one to two days. I called back multiple times with no return phone calls. The last phone call the young lady told me she'll call you back shortly. It's now been two weeks and I still do not have an estimate. I took it to a competitor and had an estimate within 15 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this business to anybody that needs good service to have there car repaired after an accident.

The worst place to carry your car for repair where do I start.first they got my car March the 15th never remove the damage parts until two months later,when an insurance inspector went their they are not honest when I would call for updates they lie and say the girl I need to talk to just step out and never called back after two and a half months the car was total wouldn,t help with rental car just all lies.

I had such a positive experience with the staff that helped me in what could be an unpleasant situation. They were knowledgable, updated me on what was happening with my vehicle in a timely manner, and the work that was done looked fantastic.
