I buy new and used cars often. Choosing different dealerships based on several criteria that will make me money. I'll keep that part short.Rating 1-101: Process and procedures to get the customer in store: 102:Friendliness during initial phase and discovery: 93: Friendliness post sale prior delivery 84: Friendliness delivery next day 75: Vehicle feature walk through (On Star, Charging, use of controls) 0 not completed* Texted next day to request me push On-Star button to improve their rating.6: Follow up: 5* Automated e-mail. A follow call and request for referral expected.7: A few days later I presented a simple question I knew they could answer easily. 0 No response*The question was,"Do I need any papers on the 100,000 mile warranty. Or just bring it to Flow when I need service."8: Introduction to service department or location shown 0 not complete9: Time from start to finish 3 hours.10: Credit inquiries six my score is 82311: Competitive financing: 7* you must haggle them.12: Salesman's knowledge of my cars features: three questions wrong. Stated features the car didn't have, during test drive incorrect control locations.Funny side note: after waiting, papers were signed waiting for clean up and introduction to features, they rushed us out the door. We are standing in the parking lot with no car. We sat and talked a bit walked back inside and talked some more. Getting frustrated we asked where's the car. They said it's not there. Nope, we have been waiting aimlessly. After some calling they said it was still being detailed.I purchase about ten cars a year. This experience was the second most unfavorable I've had. The worst was a buy here pay here lot. The comfort you can take in purchasing from this dealer is Certified Pre-owned is backed by Chevy not the dealer.*Final word; the most legal jargon and paperwork I've been subject to. Arbitration is a given, you can't limit any part of sharing your information, Doc fee is disclosed as purely profit, the finance fee or kickback can be charged to you. There's several things that stand out.

I had an issue with my Buick Encore GX and took the vehicle in for service. I ended up trading the vehicle on a used Toyota. Tanner was my salesperson and he was incredible. I had some follow up emails/questions and Tanner was most helpful. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Stephen Burton!! He was absolutely amazing and so patient. He is good at reading facial expressions as to wether you like or don’t like a car. He pays attention. Usually trying to find a car is such a headache but not this time! Stephen made this the most pleasurable experience. We will no long shop with anyone else. Only had 1 vehicle which I had previously purchased 6 months prior, went back to see Stephen my salesman at this dealership and was not disappointed!! This man is not your typical car salesman, I personally would consider him a friend. Stephen went above and beyond to see that I found the car I was seeking and has also mad sure that the few minor issues I had were resolved!!! I truly feel that not only Stephen, but all the other team members at this location do a great job and take care of the customers!Thanks for making my wife and myself happy with our purchase.

I decided to visit Flow because they had such a good listed price on the Honda I ended up buying from them. The entire process was painless, and I never felt pressured to buy. My sales agent Stephen Burton was extremely kind and helpful, and ensured the vehicle was completely immaculate and up to snuff before I left the lot. I highly recommend visiting him and Flow for your next vehicle purchase. I may be biased, but I think they offer some very pretty and high-quality vehicles!

My husband & I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from the Flow dealership & have never been more pleased with buying an automobile. Stephen Burton was our awesome salesperson & he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very personable & knowledgeable about car buying. He was never pushy & offered to help us find the vehicle we were looking for if it wasn’t on their lot.Mr. Burton offered to let us take the vehicle for a couple of hours to make sure it was the vehicle we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He asked us numerous times if there was anything else he could do to help us.Mr. Burton made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Mr. Burton is the man to call. We will definitely be contacting him in the future.

Stephen Burton was my sales person and he was able to deliver a 2020 Silverado RST to me at a reasonable price (considering the current market). All things considered this was the best price for comparable vehicles that I could find in the regional market. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Flow! We are always pleased with the service we receive. This is honestly the only dealership I have ever dealt with that didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth.We also love the service department and continue to use then to service our vehicles!Each time we have punched from Flow the saleman was polite, engaging, and never pushy. This recent purchase was with Tanner! He was so helpful and funny... which makes the whole buying process easier. We had came and browsed waiting on an oil change and Tanner helped us find the truck we have been wanting. The trade in process was super easy also.I have never felt pushed, rushed, talked down to, or any other negative feelings at Flow. I have experienced those all from other dealerships. Buying a car can be a horrible experience but Flow doesn't make it feel that way!I will stay a loyal Flow customer and recommend them to anyone that ask!

I was pleasantly surprised with the straight forward approach that Stephen Burton at Flow Auto Center embodies. I had spent approximately 2 months searching for the perfect vehicle to add to our fleet. Sales person after sales person clawed for my business with no regard for my satisfaction. Searching for a family vehicle was tough, we search several different dealerships with no luck or vehicles were way overpriced. We stopped by this center and Tanner Owens welcomed us in, listened thoroughly to what we were looking for and search the inventory to our price range/specs we wanted. Only showed us cars we were interested in and didn’t push anything else on us. We weren’t too sure about purchasing just yet, so we left that night and Tanner was so kind to even text the next day to say he would keep looking for our family a new vehicle. We ended up coming back that day. I texted Tanner ahead of time and told him we wanted to move forward in purchasing the Honda Pilot, he had all the paperwork ready when we arrived. Such great customer service and he is very kind, friendly to talk to, even gave some good vacation spot ideas. Jeff Wheeler went through all of the paperwork and explained everything perfectly, he was very kind throughout the process and continued to follow up to ensure my lender completed things correctly on their end. I could not have asked for a better experience, every other time I’ve purchased a vehicle I’d been hassled and tricked into wasting a whole day with leaving at the end of the day with nothing.
