I dont expect anything exceptional at a store like this but the manager was beyond rude, im an understanding person however this customer service was terrible. No manners, no kindness just attitude for no reason whatsoever.

They just started doing returns for Shein. Everytime I return something, they hound me about purchasing something out of the store!!! No, I don't want too! I wanna make my return and LEAVE.

I stopped in the store today to grab a few items for an upcoming trip.Upon entering the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any help however when I got to check out I was assisted by Laney She is very unwelcoming and quite cold She had enough time to say i could not return my clearance items but had no other information to offer throughout the rest of the transaction Never asked me if I found everything I needed and no friendly chit chat which is what I’m accustomed to when spending my money some place At the end of the transaction she pushed my bag across the counter never advising the receipt was in the bag or have a good day Better customer service skills are needed or here’s one better If you don’t like your job stay home And one more thing a little girl came over to the counter to ask and about a kids section and she was met with the same coldness Do Better!!!

I was shopping in this store a few days ago and getting my New Years outfit together and I was provided excellent customer service from the manager Ashley. She went above and beyond and helped me put an outfit together when I had no idea where to start. Good customer service is hard to find!

Horrible management!!The mangers are useless, they don't give enough hours to the employees! If they were to change the mangers then there store would be better!!

I just want to state, I had a 5 star experience this past weekend at Forever21 in Hanes Mall. I came in closer toward closing time in a rush to find an outfit for my last minute decision to attend a class reunion. Lo and behold, the staff were helpful, but, also patient with me. I appreciate patience so much in our world these days because it’s so hard to find sometimes. The store was clean, organized, and had an ample supply of different pieces to fit different taste. Thank you so much for making my night so special!
