Fun Outdoor Living did a great job on our patio roof. The roof is so sturdy it will most likely last longer than the house.. We are extremely pleased with the job.. Kenny was out today to finish the punch list and did a great job.. He’s a very nice young man.

Just to echo all the other happy customers.. My wife and I recently bought a Hot Springs Hot Tub from Fun Outdoor Living. We worked with Caroline on the purchase and set up. She is wonderful to work with!!! Very knowledgeable and follows thru on product questions and set up support. Great to work with!!

If your hot tub is acting more like a cold disappointment, CALL COREY. Whether it’s user error not… haha
He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and managed to fix the thing without using duct tape and a prayer (my method).
He’s funny, professional, and efficient.
10/10 would call Corey for hot tub assistance.

We have been in here twice now. Caroline the first time was very helpful and when returning Tyler was also helpful! We pulled the trigger on a cold plunge and told them we wanted it. They offered a good quality product that is legit, not the inflatable type more like a hot tub! The price was exactly as I expected and fair. He quickly wrote up the quote and took my down payment prior to full payment and setting up delivery. Delivery was as expected based on the expectations they set. The team doing the delivery were very friendly and called in advance to plan and schedule delivery! They put it in place and helped get us what we needed. One small cap, no big deal, was left at the store or something and they took the time to hand deliver it in the evening the next day which is a step above to ensure you are taken care of. Things happen but this showed how they deeply want to take care of you! Once we finish our patio project we will be back to get help with that, buying our hot tub and more. They also do a lot more than you think! They do patio planning, grills, saunas, smokers and so much! If you have a patio or leisure project or need! Give these guys a chance! They are hands down awesome and have lots of product in the store to check out too! Very excellent experience! We will be loyal clients for sure!

We’ve had our hot springs spa for a little over a month now and Caroline was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing a spa. We went to a couple of other spa dealers before Fun Outdoor Living and they were no where near as knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions before we made our purchase and has been a dream to work with after delivery as well. She answers all of my calls right away or returns them very quickly.
We just had our first service issue with our spa and Corey came out today and was fantastic. He contacted me first thing this morning to let me know an approximate time he would be over. And then contacted me again when he was on his way. He went above and beyond while here and answered questions I had about the spa and gave me helpful tips and advice for caring for my spa. Super friendly and respectful. Thank you!
