  I like Goodwill....but having to pay for bags is beyond ridiculous. It's like you guys are doing everything to save and make money. But yet you are profiting and making millions from donated items. Now go ahead and make an excuse and try to justify that. Not cool.👎👎

  This Goidwill is bigger than most and has quite an array of clothing. I was extremely disappointed with my last experience there and now I will no longer frequent this location. After many trips to this store this last time was awful. I have seen many women take carts into the dressing room and I always have. If you leave it outside the dressing rooms someone always runs off with it, and this location carts are located outside, making it very inconvenient to retrieve another cart. I was mid change Room when a man entered the dressing room area and started banging on the doors saying ma’am since he wasn’t banging on my door, I ignored it. Then all of a sudden he started banging on my door, and with a very unprofessional tone told me carts do not belong in the dressing room. Well, being the person I am, I opened the door topless and shove the cart out. First issue I have is that a man came in that dressing room where I was changing The issue is they don’t want in the dressing room. They should post a sign and not allow others to take carts in there as well. This location has lost my business.

  This is very annoying...evidently, Goodwill has a copy of my book and is selling it for 4 TIMES their normal book price AS WELL AS selling it for a few cents more than what I'm selling it for. Why does this upset me?1) If someone gave this to Goodwill, most likely it was a SIGNED COPY. Those don't grow on trees. I am the author and publisher in this case, and I still have to pay for my own prints to resell.2) I used to work for Goodwill. They are a very two-faced organization as me and several of their FORMER workers had learned. I enjoyed the work, however I had issues with a manager and although they would 'allow' me to talk to them about said issues, they neglected to give me my old job back.3) Goodwill said I was able to work for them after a few months to a few years or so had passed, so when I had N O T H I N G and looked into it again, I had learned that evidently, they had BLACKLISTED me from working at any Goodwill again, and didn't bother saying anything. THAT WAS 5 YEARS AFTER I HAD WORKED THERE BEFORE.4) So all this, and now they're selling MY NOVEL for MORE MONEY than what I'm selling this for? Also, I called the location connected to this account TWICE and they didn't answer.

  Massive goodwill with plenty of home goods, clothing, shoes, books, jewelry and more. Came home with so many good thrifted finds. Staff was lovely too. Very clean and nice location.

  This Goodwill is the biggest , best, and most organized but suffers from a major problem. This Winston Salem has a BULLY problem that needs to be immediately addressed. I don’t know if management is afraid of these culprits or what. Today I witnessed a man whom is there EVERY SINGLE DAY, and feels he rules the place threaten to assault an 80 year old woman for standing in front of him. Was he removed ??- NO. That is inexcusable behavior. It makes people extremely uncomfortable to be around and the fact that he wasn’t removed shows management doesn’t care about the customers safety. The other bully is a young adult named “Cooper” they are younger and again, think they rule the place with their bad behavior unchecked. He picks fights with everyone, again making them feel uncomfortable and that management lets unsafe threats of violence and cursing and overall bad behavior go unchecked, this is not right. This is going to end badly. These Bullies are unavoidable because they are ALWAYS at the goodwill bins 7 days a week open to close . The management knows the problem and does NOTHING . This is going to end extremely badly if nothing goes undone. It is very sad

  Update, usually when I compile materials for an art project, I visit to acquire items. Previous. I'm impressed with Cheryl Rhoades and Goodwill in general. She and her fellow staffers take an active part in our local community. Thank you and keep up the good work.
