I bought a sleepwear short but they charge me like it was a going out short, it's a difference of 2 dollars but it still a difference, and the employees didn't even wanted to acknowledge me, they told me to wait in line when I just recently bought it, the line was too large at that point so I had to go, worst service ever

As an avid Thrifter I want to warn people of the Jonestown Road Goodwill. I can’t afford to shop there anymore, it’s now off my list of places to shop. The prices are ridiculously outrageously expensive. For example: something that has a $5 price tag on it from where it was originally purchased is priced double there!! The store is a mess every single time I’ve been. Unorganized & cluttered. If you’re able to hear yourself think over the blasting music, you will hear the undelightful, rude employees complaining about customers and how hard their job is. It’s a joy to not shop there anymore! Peace out!

Be careful taking items to donate! They pick and choose what items they want to take! They told us they couldn’t take a ottoman because they couldn’t sell it.

They always have a great variety of items. I get lost in the book center. Its easy to donate and pick up items.

Employees are rude. Might had caught them on a bad day but 3 out of the 4 I came in contact with were just rude and acted as if they absolutely hate their job. I don’t normally shop at this goodwill and probably won’t ever again! I’ll stick to my local one, I was just in the area.

I love this store and shop here often; however, the last two times I've wanted to try something on, it has taken an exceedingly long time to get someone to open a dressing room. There were 2 of us waiting for one today. We kept pushing the buzzer but noone came to let us in. Finally the other lady said "Maybe the buzzer doesn't work". I walked up front and sure enough they said the buzzer didn't work. It would be simple enough to put a note at the buzzer telling patrons it doesn't work, and to come to the counter to get someone to let them in a dressing room. I purchased 5 articles of clothing today, but it sure was frustrating trying to get into a dressing room! Please do better!

Lots of good stuff here but like any thrift store or Goodwill it changes everyday as this store gets a lot of donations. Large selection of homegoods, clothes, books. Convenient location. Ample parking. The only negative is the driveway entrance sits at a very weird angle and you can damage your car if you aren't careful.

Scam operation. Highway robbery. And, they say they create jobs. I say they create poverty!!

I’ve been shopping this Goodwill for years. Here lately they have started way overpricing their items, which let’s be honest, they get for nothing. Their dishes are jacked up for no reason. They put $20 on tennis shoes, $35 for a fake Supreme backpack which I’m sure is technically illegal for them to sell. $10 for a target bird figurine, and used kids crocs with the bottoms worn for $15?? This location and Clemmons has gotten terrible! I can literally buy some things cheaper in store or on EBay. ?♀️

So for a good while this store has been overpricing the items on the shelves until recently where there are almost NO marked items on shelves. There is, however a sign by the flatware which clearly states that about 10 items are $1, including BOWLS, of which I had one small and very plain bowl. At the checkout, they attempted to charge me $2 dollars for it, even though it had NO TAGS. I told the man about the sign, he looks at the very LARGE manager and she very snippily says, "Whatever. I'll let it go for $1, I'm not going to argue about it this late in the day." Hey, Chunky Monkey Manager, figure it out.....either mark the items or learn YOUR OWN SIGNAGE! Or maybe just have another dozen doughnuts.

It's a Goodwill, and a good one. I can't understand some of the bad reviews. Someone didn't greet her and she just had to let everyone know. Another couldn't believe a book was 6 DOLLARS!!! Another one's day was ruined because she had to stand in a line.I love this store. Like any other thrift store sometimes they have good stuff and sometimes they dont.but they are always helpful. Anyone who complains about being asked to round up for charity probably complains about everything.
