I love Gordon’s
I’m 72 years old and I’ve loved cars all my life. I can’t say enough about the people at Gordon’s. Honest, hard-working, knowledgeable professionals. They’ve been in business for 65 years for a reason because you can’t find better. I wish there were more stars that’s how highly I think of these guys in a day where you can’t trust anybody you can trust Gordon’s entirely!

My husband and I brought my Limited Edition PT Cruiser here figuring they’ve been a fixture in Winston Salem for many years and should be pros. The first time my vehicle was in their shop close to a week for the A/C to be fixed. It cost $1,500!!! (Granted it’s an old vehicle, but still quite steep.) My loving husband knew how much I loved my car agreed to fork over the $1,500 to get the vehicle fixed. I didn’t even have the vehicle a week when after driving it one day, heard a loud gurgling, saw thick white steam, and then had fluid gush out from underneath! We brought it back and sacrificed more days without transportation. This time they blamed the age of my vehicle and said I needed a whole new radiator that cost $750 more!!! We did it figuring this SURELY would fix the problem for good. NOPE! Drove it today after only having it back two days (didn’t drive it yesterday.) Guess what-MORE GURGLING and leaking AGAIN!!! They’re closed now, but I’m sure they’ll demand more money. I thought this was supposed to be an “A/C and RADIATOR” business?! My car never had radiator problems until they worked on it by the way!

Can't say enough good things about Gordon's Radiator and A/C. Had an older vehicle with a bad radiator. Gordon's was recommended to me by a friend. Called up, was given a quote that was half of what I expected and drove the vehicle 2 hours from Roanoke. They called one business day later to say it was done, and the quote was spot on. Picked up the vehicle and I no longer have to drive it while inhaling coolant fumes. Highly recommended!

Mike was pleasant enough to work with, but after having my car for 5 days, they had no idea what the problem was. Took it to Walt's and it was diagnosed and fixed in two days. Not sure what the issue was here, but sure wish I could get my $100 "diagnosis" fee back.
