My girlfriend called to help an elderly customer of hers and was met with some of the rudest customer service she has ever dealt with. She isn't the type to leave a reivew so I thought I would do it for her. She was dealing with "Tonya", I believe. After stating what she was doing, she was then hung up on. After calling back multiple times, she was then told to stop calling that they didn't have time for such inconviences. Again, I am sorry for whoever hurt you tonya, but this is not a way to conduct yourself as a representative of a business.

Definitely a great bank to do business with. Ask for Mirandah, she will treat you right with a smile, caring attitude, and a great personality!

Terrible terrible customer service!!! I came into the credit union with my family opened up 4 accounts. We spoke with Tonya Osborne(loan officer) in order to get approved for a car loan. She received all of the necessary information and informed us that I was approved when she receives 2 pay stubs. Tonya initially requested my W2s and 6 months of pay stubs. I asked her "you need all that for a car loan"!!?? She then stated just 2 recent pay stubs would be fine. We sent her the pay stubs the next day via email and she informed us everything was in order. I called Tonya everyday for 2 weeks straight leaving messages on her phone. I even tried to contact other employees within the loan department and they never returned my calls. It was confirmed that they were at work from other employees I contacted. Not sure why my calls were not returned but we were highly disappointed with their customer service. We closed our accounts yesterday and moved them to a different credit union. As I was closing our accounts I definitely voiced my concerns to the manager. Tonya Osborne should not be in the customer service business!!!

Easy to see and find if you are on the right street. All workers are nice, kind, and helpful.
