me and my boyfriend went to hobby lobby in winston salem today. I had to do some last minute christmas shopping for my dad and they had like one register open with employees just standing. finally they opened 2 registers and we go to pay and the lady's like “do you have a card” i thought she was asking about a loyalty card so i said no and she said “well you can’t pay unless you have a card” THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY. IN THE BIG 2024. like bro..apple pay has been out for years.. i shouldn’t come back but this is the only place that sell the gift my dad wants for a cheap price. i don’t carry my card and the this is the ONE day my bf didn’t bring his wallet. so we just kind of stand there and my boyfriend asks the lady behind us if she would pay for our stuff and he could cashapp her, etc. and the cashier says “you can’t do that😒” like what are we supposed to do…we drove all the way out here for yall to not have apple pay. at this point there is no way to pay and all atms are closed. ridiculous..so now we are driving to pick my boyfriends friend from the mall and drive him ALL the way back over here JUST TO PAY. literally after this will never go back to hobby lobby even no matter WHAT.

I love Hobby Lobby but I can't understand for the life of me why they don't have TAP PAY!! I filled my cart with Christmas stuff, waited in a long line, only for them to tell me that I can't tap my phone. Sadly, I left my wallet at home because I use tap pay everywhere else. It's 2024 ... please invest in convenient services for consumers.

This place is okay. But the one in Salisbury is the best one between the two!! More friendlier and plenty of wheelchairs and cleaner and organized!! But I absolutely love Holly lobby and shopping with my best friend!!😍😍

Went to check out 4 employees standing at checkout with sign register closed went to the one that was open one person in front of me employee put sign out register closed tossed the item on the ground and walked out I will never spend another dollar there again to high priced anyway

We were in a line to pay and an associate told us to go to a different line because that one was for returns. I was thankful we didn't stand there for nothing.
