“They carry everything you will ever need for a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful Christmas. They also have a special section with candies and every kind of jams and jellies that you could ever hope to find in one place. The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. You'll find it hard to get out of the store because you want to see more and more of what they have. It's enchanting.”

“This was my first time in this cute little store. I wished I would have known about this before Christmas. It reminds me of a Five and Below store, but larger and more items to select from. This store is VERY neat, organized, and clean. The prices were fair. They have foods, candies, household items, party items, kitchen items, toys, etc ... I will be making this one of my, "Let me go walk and see" stores for sure. You have to do self checkout here, which I like. Nice store.”
“What a pleasure it was dealing with Mr. Merle Shelton and his staff. They had just the furniture I wanted and after discussing at length with Mr. Shelton I placed my order and sent him a sample of the stain I wanted on all my pieces. He finished everything to match some existing pieces and they match perfectly. Everything was great about the experience and most importantly the communication. My stuff had to be shipped so that added another layer but Mr. Shelton handled everything and made it so easy on me having to have it shipped to Maryland. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Just a great furniture shopping experience.”
“I love this showroom, and the staff. They ask what you are looking for, steer you to options, then leave you alone to THINK> When you think you MIGHT have found something, they help you with fabric swatches, take down your info and DO NOT high pressure sales you. I was in on Saturday, went home to think about it, ordered on Tuesday, called Wednesday to adjust my order; they were great. I love being able to pick the fabric i want to blend the colors in the room. The quality of La Z Boy upholstered furniture is exceptional, making it worth the price. The white sofa i bought 12 years ago looks new, thanks to the fabric protection. We have been buying La Z Boy for over 30 years.”

“Just left one of their cooking classes and while it was a lot of fun, I wouldn’t have spent the time or money if I had known it was a cooking class in the form of a demo. I thought I was signing my partner and myself up for a class that was interactive and that we would be doing the actual cooking but I was mistaken. The staff was lovely, the food was good, but I just had different expectations. They need to specify in their listings that these classes are instruction in the form of a demonstration and that you may be able to provide limited assistance but it is not a “cooking class”.”

Quick and easy payment and scheduling of furniture. Near the end of service the rest of Badcock was helpful in closing my purchase out. Never had a bad experience and the staff were extremely helpful!!”

“Salesperson knowledgeable about livingroom furniture options staying aware of our needs. Variety at door was tremendous and there was about of a dozen, all plugged in, to choose from.We selected two sofas.Delivery was on schedule.Unfortunately one had a mechanical problem. Colfsx responded with a new sofa delivered promptly when we were home..All is well.”
“Having worked retail I understand the challenges involved and appreciate the value, prices, and services that JoAnns provides. I purchase a majority of my cloth items here since they offer a wide selection at a great value. A clerk did ask how she could help and I replied that I was looking for a cheap pink fabric. Her reply could have been more specific to at least the table with premium cloth marked down 70 percent. Cutting table personnel very friendly.”
