I went in to I.T. Worx with several problems with my new Mac Book Air (It’s only 8 months old). Jared helped with both issues and I was out of there in 15 minutes! I came there expecting to leave my computer there, but no it was fixed right away! I would recommend then to anyone who has problems!

The people are friendly and professional and the establishment is clean. If you decide to come here, I suggest you look for prices somewhere else.They charge $60 just to diagnose your device which is fair, but I went in with a damaged screen on a perfectly working MacBook Pro. I told them that was the only issue. They should have just quoted me the repair cost and an ave me the $60. What I got for my $60 was a 3 page email explaining that my screen was broken, no DUH! That is why I brought it in.I feel I got ripped off, so keep this in kind of you decide to come here.Next time, I’d rather make the drive to Greensboro and go to the Apple Store, at least they don’t charge you to tell you your device isn’t working.The manager spoke to me and basically did nothing to at the very least make things right. I got ripped off!I would not come back here again or do business with them.

Employees are the sweetest! I had a phenomenal experience.I dented the corner of my laptop and my screen was completely black and not showing anything. Because I had AppleCare my diagnostic was free and even though I was expecting to not get it back until next week, they gave me a call 2 days after I gave me my laptop telling me that something must have just been loose because my laptop was up and working again. They didn’t charge me anything because it was fixed during the diagnostic and I picked it up the same day they called me.Absolute lifesavers, thank you!!!

As usual, when I have trouble with my iPhone, iMac, or MacBook Pro it only requires a quick trip to IT Works in Winston Salem and before long I am out the door with everything back to normal. If you have not tried them yet and continue to go all the way to Apple in Greensboro I suggest you give them a shot. Not only are they spot on and friendly, but there’s almost never any wait. Who doesn’t love that?! They are a terrific resource.

Went to IT Worx because of a persistent shut down issue involving my wife’s MacBook Pro. This MacBook was just out of its one year warranty. The issue was quickly and efficiently fixed within 72 hours, which included a full diagnostic, software check, as well as replacing much of the internal computer (I’m no expert but it looked complicated!).I am absolutely recommending them to anyone and everyone who has any computer related issues as they were professional throughout the entire experience.- A happy Winston-Salem customer!

The young lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. I had just cracked the screen on my iPhone and phone wouldn’t turn on. I was charged a $25 diagnostic fee and was notified via email that there was not only a problem with my screen but Also the main logic board. The part I needed would cost $287.83 and would arrive in 1-3 business days. {I decided to take my phone to Batteries + plus on Stratford Rd. They repaired my broken screen within 30 minutes and charged me $79. No Diagnostics Required!}. I.T. Worx just doesn’t work for me ?

Made an appointment through apple for same day repair for my phone. When I arrived I was asked if I got email from them and I told them no. The email was sent 2 mins before my appointment time. I drove 45 mins for the appointment. They go on to tell me they don’t have the screen and the only way they can get it is if they keep my phone. Charge me another fee to diagnose my broken screen along with the warranty claim fee. The only fee I was supposed to have was the payment apple said it would be. They clearly were trying to get extra cash and they really should check their schedules the day before so they don’t send someone a email 2 mins before an appointment to tell them they don’t have the part. Apple said there was nothing requiring them to do a diagnostic for a broken screen.

Had IT Worx do a screen replacement on a Apple MacBook Pro. The staff was professional and extremely helpful in setting up the repair. Within the week the service was complete and the repair was flawless. Highly recommended.

Great service and repairs was done faster than expected. Maintenance advise was provided by customer service representative also. I would recommend this place and hopefully I won’t need to but will return if necessary to repair in the future.
