Literally this place saved my life, the staff is awesome as long as you keep it real with them, don't try to go behind their back to beat the UDS, groups are amazing. Stacey and Caitlin are awesome as well as the other new nurses, counselors are good too.

This place can truly help someone who truly wants better. They know everyone, most of the ones who work there truly care. The ones that don't,they usually don't last long. ????☮️☯️❤️?Thank you to the ones who do care,it takes a special person to do your jobs!!!

Life saving services with some staff that truly care about their clients. This is such a much needed and valuable contribution to the community. May hold a stigma to those uneducated to how much resources, positivity, and hope are provided via Insight and every single individual that works there; all the way from the director, to the front desk lady (she's super women), nurses, counselors, support staff, and even janitorial personnel.

Horrible. Sick clients made to sit outside for hours waiting on their medication.

Very helpful if you need their type of help. Normally they have great counselors, however most of the ones there are new and have no addiction experience. 1st hand knowledge, I've attended recently.

If you’re looking for a highly productive workload and job you will surely find it here with Insight(TASC)However, if you’re ok with being bullied and disrespected by supervisors then think again.Insight human services has their own little circle and they all protected by one another. Do not expect anything to be done if you make complaints against top supervisors who micro manage and criticize your every move. This company has had a high turn over rate within TASC( support staff) due to unprofessionalism at the top. HR did not listen to my complaint against Phyllis Attucks and her abuse of power , neither did Vice President Michael Gray despite his job to do so. A highly unprofessional business.

If you really want help, insight makes it available. That place opened so many doors for me. I've personally been going here a good while and I swear if be dead if not for my counselor and friendly ppl that work there. Such an awesome resource they won't turn you way if you don't pay... Only one in the state that I know of like that!!!

I came to Insight human services on April 1, 2015, after detoxing a week starting on March 24, 2015, in Chapel Hill. I was interviewed and accepted to an program for insight clients who were homes called BATS (begin again treatment services). I was desperate for help amd for lasting sobriety. I knew that I would have to put in the work to be successful, I also knew that without some help medically I would end up relapsing at some point which scared me beyond words. Methadone was something I jad bee ANTI aboimut in thepast due to so many ppl I knew who had overdosed with methadone mixing it with other narcotics which killed them.
