“Positive feedback for all aspects of AAA Winston-Salem. We recently moved here from Wisconsin (where we had a AAA membership). Patti in the office here set up all of our insurances for our new location. This past Friday evening we hit something in the road which gave us a flat tire. As the newer model car does not have a spare (stupid) and tire businesses were closed, I contacted AAA via the app for a tow. Sam the driver was super-nice, and took our car back to the AAA service center. I called on Saturday morning and spoke to James who got our tire patched up by lunch time. Excellent!”
