I've been using them for a few years now and I have to say that it is always a pleasure. They're always very friendly, informative and quick. Quick is great for my family since we always have to bring our child along. My recent visit was great and I have to say my girl always knows how to make the whole process a great experience. We had fun and would definitely recommend everyone to use Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.

I’ve been doing my own taxes for five years. I only went to JH cause I had a new form and I wasn’t 100% sure what to do with it. Apparently neither did Jackson Hewitt. They kept trying to file it with my taxes after reading from the irs website and telling them I don’t think you have to file it. Finally, after the form couldn’t be entered in, the tax preparer called someone and found out it she wasn’t supposed to entered in. The tax preparer had me add up all of my daycare fees myself. She entered in the forms probably ten times because of a “mistype”. Two hours later, she finally finished. This was at closing time. Not once did she go over the fees to get my taxes done. She had me sign on her computer my tax forms but nothing about fees. If there was a form about fees I didn’t know I was signing it because the signature pad wasn’t working. And she just kept fussing about that. I get home to find out they charged me $483 to file my federal taxes with standard deductible! That’s just ridiculous to me when the woman clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve called several times and every time there is no manager there. 1800 number said I’d get a call back two weeks ago. I tried filing my taxes myself just to see if they did it right, and I was shorted $2,000!!! I know this is right because I’ve did them myself for the past 5 years! And I do know what I’m doing! Their website says they will refund you the fees plus $100 if they didn’t get you the max refund. But no! 1800 number said they could file an amendment. They won’t give me my money back. So I will be filing the amendment myself. Beware of Jackson Hewitt on University. Their employees are undertrained and there is no manager to talk to if they do them wrong.

Great place to get your taxes filed. At this Jackson Hewitt highly recommended. I will be going back again next year. Aundreayona was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave amazing wonderful advice on helping me out with my taxes. On how to have more taken during every pay period. To not end up always owing taxes when the year is up. She was so amazing to get to know and talk with about my tax situation. I thank you very much. They better make her employee of the yaer. She is that awesome !!!
