Labcorp is a global life sciences and healthcare company focused on improving health and lives through science and innovation. The business offers routine medical testing and recommended screenings at its Patient Service Centers, where walk-ins are welcome and appointments can be made easily. Overall, customer experiences at Labcorp vary. Many appreciate the efficiency of the service, with some reporting quick check-in and check-out times during their visits. Staff members are often described as friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive atmosphere. One customer shared a touching story about a compassionate employee who provided exceptional care during a challenging time, highlighting the importance of empathy in the medical field. However, some reviews point out organizational issues, such as long wait times and a need for better workflow at the front desk. While many phlebotomists receive high praise for their skill and friendliness, some customers feel that the staff is often overworked, indicating a need for more personnel to manage the volume of patients effectively. Despite these mixed reviews, many agree that the quality of care provided by the phlebotomists is commendable, and several customers consider this location one of the best they have visited.
Pretty efficient, it took me around 15 minutes since the moment I check in until I check out for a pre employment screening/test. The lady at the front desk was very efficient as well and made the whole process pretty easy and straightforward. They definitely value people’s time.

Very unorganized and in need of a better defined work flow for the front. Also going through the entire checkin at the kiosk for a returned specimen and then waiting 15 minutes is unacceptable. I rated a 3 because there were some very nice staff members.

Giving a 4 only because of the actual phlebotomists. They are friendly and work their tails off! I rate LabCorp in general a 0. Shame on you labcorp for not giving these ladies more help! 2 people working and got a waiting room FULL. Much respect to the actual phlebotomists.
