From a customer service standpoint, my experience today was not good. Upon checkout I couldn't see how much items were ringing up as. When I asked the lady that was checking me out how much they were ringing up as? She said "what?" I said the items you are ringing up. She proceeded to look over to the clearance area and said, "it says 50% off." Instead of simply answering my question. It was very condescending and said in a condenending manner. Today she caused a sale to be lost and a customer. Businesses rely on their workers to draw people in and give them a good experience. That did not happen today. I will say between the 2 ladies I saw today the one with the brown hair gave me the bad experience. The other was welcoming and nice.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient. I also am happy with the purchases made. It's also great that they can order things when they don't have stock in the store. It was a pleasant experience.

I hate having more options online. Or being told that something is in the store and it not be there when you go in. However I was very pleased with what I found and got good deals!

I used to enjoy shopping here. The merchandise selection is not as it used to be. Dull drab boring colors. My size has to be ordered. Doesn't make for great shopping.

If I could rate this store a zero, I would. I entered the store along side another lady who was immediately addressed and asked if there was anything they could help with and the associate helped her I continued to browse and during the 15 minutes I was in the store, not one associate asked if they could help. I walk with a cane and it is very difficult for me to shop. This isn't the first time I have been disappointed in this particular store. I will never return to this Lane Bryant store again. This particular store just lost a huge sale, as I shop for clothes rarely, and when I do, I usually spend hundreds!Also, after reading most of the "negative" reviews, all of the responses to them are the same with only a few words changed. It's sad that customer service has truly "gone by the wayside."

I was greeted & asked if I needed help. I did ask to use a restroom before trying on my selections.I was told they had no public restroom. A restroom for customers isn't a public restroom, is it? I would have stayed longer, & probably purchased something if I'd been able to stay longer.
