Visiting in the area we went to this place to get some vegan options and non-dairy items. Now with most stores, this is on the higher end of pricing, because they have a selection most stores don't have for those who have a restricted diet. The first thing that stood out about this store was the beer den my husband was quick to find comfort in there while I shopped, and when I got done paying for my items, I joined him for a glass of wine. The lady behind the bar was very nice. She gave us samples of popcorn, which I did indeed buy a bag and I do have to say this is the best experience going grocery shopping I've ever had.

Super friendly staff. I borrowed the store rewards card at check out. I am sure my folks have one. Great produce & craft beer selection. I am a fan!

One of the worst Lowes Foods locations. The front end customer service leader just doesn't care about anything. The bag boy didn't even know the store managers name. Take your concerns and complaints to Lowes Foods corporate office and do not waste your time at this store. Lowes seems to be more interested in their Beer Garden now and not the grocery business.

I am a hug fan of Lowes, but not today.. Their customer service was horrible. They had boxes everywhere, one lady was yawning and talking how she was ready to go. I was looking for an item and the associate said, it's down that isle.. I went down that isle, asked another associate that was on that isle, she said you passed it.. for a moment I that I was in Walmart..

I did a catering order from the Loew's Chicken Kitchen on Reynolds Road in Winston Salem on 10/17/2020 for chicken, collard greens and cornbread and jalapeno cornbread, let me just say it was a huge hit for my party every single thing was prepared fresh the chicken was hot upon my arrival. I started the initial order with Camille who made sure she answered everyone of questions if I didn't ask she told me, the prices was great and although Camille was off today her team did an EXCELLENT JOB. Great job Loews on Reynolda. I will be using you guys in the future.

Made a quick stop at this location for something seasonal that other local stores were out of, so I figured I'd give this Lowe's Foods a gander real quick to see if they had what I needed. I wasn't able to find it but didn't want to give up because I really needed the item. I stopped and asked Jennifer for her help and she didn't stop until she found exactly what I was looking for! It took her a bit - but she was persistent that they had what I needed and she didn't want me to leave without it. That's FANTASTIC customer service! Thanks Jennifer!

Enjoy going to Lowe's when I want a simpler, smaller crowd, and better atmosphere than Walmart. Prices usually higher than WM, but their house brand and sales help. Deli meat is the best. But I do have one request: STOP USING BLEACH TO SANITIZE CARTS! I went in and smelled it. I was so disappointed, and surprised they don't know better. Many of us are allergic to it, and the fumes and liquid are toxic! Thankful I didn't have my grandson with me. He would've touched the cart, and had bleach in his mouth! There's a reason hospitals don't use it! Much safer alternatives!! Otherwise, very friendly people and good store.

No impressed. I thought when I moved to a housing addition off of Peterscreek Parkway and Olivers Crossing this would be a great little store to do my shopping. So many times I purchased the pizza and made up items in the deli, including their parfait cups (which had plastic pieces in the choclate AND the vanilla one!) I kept giving them more and more chances.. so many foods were sub-par for the prices they are asking for and the fruits/veggies expired so QUICKLY by the time I got them home they didn't make it another 3 days (compared to Trader Joes whose fresh organic foods easily were good for a week). I ONLY go here when I have to pick up one or two items and in a pinch other than that.. I too like another review starting going to Food Lion. Very clean and new since the remodel and the check out cashiers are so friendly! excellent prices and quality food! Lowes you are a has been and Olivers Crossing needs a new store in that shopping plaza.

This Lowe's location has reached rock bottom. They have cut the better choices of cheeses (if you prefer cow cheese, you will be happy but if goat is your preference go somewhere else) and many other items. They typically only have one register open that has a human checking you out. All others are self checkout that routinely plagued with glitches taking more of YOUR time at checkout. We use to use Lowe's Foods To Go Service but have stopped due to the "personal shopper " selecting expired meat and poorly selected vegetables. Sure, they offer a 110% back or something like that if you get expired meat but that requires you to drive back to the store and makes the swap defeating any benefit of Lowe's foods to go. Our first personal shopper was Flo and she was great but retired a few years ago. With Food lion stepping up their game down the street I have decided to make a change.
