Ordered online and had it sent to the store the order was split in to two different orders with two different delivery dates. The first one was pulled from the store and was ready the next morning. No issues at all with that, all went great. The second had to come from a warehouse or another store and was stated it would be there by 2/1/2024. I was notified this morning that UT was there and in a locker. I printed off the sheet with the barcode and number on it and went by this afternoon and scanned the barcode at the lockers and it popped open with the rest of my order. Works great! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

This store should be shut down. Obvious management issue. The customer service is horrible, no one wants to help, all the employees are rude, everyone is under qualified, the delivery system is flawed beyond repair and the store is always trashed. Management should take a visit to their orange competitor and see how a real big box hardware store is ran as a team building event. I understand finding employees is tough these days but if you’re going to hire under qualified individuals, at least train them.

Came here for a press build im doing for a gun smithing course and went down the nut and bolt isle and a a worker by the name of Timothy came up to me and asked if I needed any help and I told him what I was looking for and about as fast as one could move he went through the sections and picked out exactly what I needed which was impressive because anyone thats been down that isle knows that there are A LOT of drawers which means he has them just about memorized.. and that is VERY impressive. This also means he takes his job seriously and has pride in what he does. Thank you Timothy for your help and initiative.

I found what I needed, a new refrigerator,. If delivered as quoted, it's very timely. Being a vet and not having been listed in their system, I took the necessary information and received the discount they advertised. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant to deal with. I must say this whole interaction was probably the best I've had in quite a while.

Customer service at its worst! Visited the S Winston store to buy a mop of which they showed having 24 in stock. There weren't any in the stocking location and I even looked for extra stock on the shelves nearby. I tracked down an employee for help. He couldn't find them either and said they were probably in the back. I asked him if I needed to go to customer service to see if someone could check the back. He said he was the one to do it. Then another employee interrupted us and said there was someone who had a question about poinsettias. He replied he didn't know anything about them and started talking to this employee ignoring me. I left the store empty handed and mad.
