Bad experience, Poorly stocked Shelves, Multiple people panhandling at entry and exit doors..Active Drug bust conducted by 8 or more unmarked police vehicles as I was leaving store.I stopped by paint dept with a color match. The paint was mixed and left on mixing station counter. The Employee that had assisted me just disappeared. After 20 min I found someone to assist with finding paint. As I was self-checking out my items .An elderly door checker person..Started monitoring my screen to the point of invading my personal space..Never assisting with bagging items.Once i paid for items the Same Lowes employee appeared and took receipt from my self checkout station before i could reachit and reviewed it.And said OH ...!I didn't see you scan that item.. and dropped receipt in shopping cart..I called the manager over and was Rudely spoken too..His explanation wasThat's the job..I'd recommend never shopping at this locationIf you value your life and dignity..

Unfortunately, there's no customer help here; you're pretty much on your own. It's fine if you already know what you need. But if you're looking for help, don't expect much. It seems like the employees will do anything to avoid you, even running away when they see you coming.

Very clean and tidy store. Employees were kind and helpful. Lines were long at the self checkout. I do wish they had more check out lanes with cashiers.

The guy Billy that works here is awesome! Checked on me when I told him my sugar felt low gave me a place to sit and relax until I felt better. Watched him interact with others I felt he went above and beyond for the customers. I think he might be with the customer service. Always ask for Billy!!

Price gouging. 4x4x8 pressure treated prices jumped from $8 to over $15 in less than two weeks time. Covid pandemic or not. This level of price gouging is unacceptable.Update: December 2023The level of customer service at this Lowes has completely disappeared. Spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere.

They couldn't have anybody to help at the mill work department.I started thinking that they don't have the right people to attend to the client's.

Typical big box. Service is hit or miss. I only go here if I have to. I try local, family run or small regional type places first. Even if I have to drive a bit or hold off till I'm near an old fashioned general store that has everything man ever invented. And the guys that knows where everything is. Like the ones in China Grove, Mooresville, Matthews, to name a few.

Love this place. It is much better than Hanes mall location. Scored a few Christmas decorations, for half price.

No one to help. Worse than Walmart. No humans at the checkout. And half of the self checkouts were closed. This was close to 4pm

When purchasing countertop beware they use a company that will put a seam in your countertop anywhere they want making it look shabby. When the guy comes out to measure he'll tell you that you're signing off that he has been there when really you are signing off that they can put a seam anywhere on your countertop. They are not accredited by the Bbb, and there are a lot of complaints on the BBB for the company named Installation Made Easy which is what Lowes uses to do installations. When I called Lowe's to put in a complaint, the person told me they see a lot of these complaints but nothing ever resolved. Sure enough they took forever to investigate then came back and told me that there was nothing they could do, that I signed off on it. My sister had a better experience with homedepot in MD with her countertop they told her there would be a seam and she worked with them to not place one by going with a smaller sink wish I had known to look for it to question them since they didn't come right out and say it. 4k and my house is now depreciated. SmhUpdate to the comment below where they wanna help me I called that number and it is a generic number to lowes to talk to them no extensions to get someone direct.
