Pleasantly surprised. I had my old 98 Chevy painted and it looks great and yes there where some imperfections and a couple things they had to redo but I am happy and that’s all that counts. I dealt with Emily mostly and she is very personable. Overall good experience ?

Do not use this business. Very poor customer service. Took van in to be painted. Told we will lightly sand the vehicle before primer an paint. Took 2 extra weeks to get van back. Stated to me they had problems with removing logo. It kept bleeding through new paint.Get van back and roof was a mess. Took back to them less than 4 days after picking up and the paint on roof was already coming off.Called and was asked to bring van back for them to look at. Was told Maaco does not warranty their work once the manager looked at the roof.

They did a wonderful job on my car. The paint looked amazing and only a few blemished spots. What frustrated me the most about the experience is they waited until the car was done and it was time to pay for them to tell me they don't take American Express.

I am back again...with another Review of Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting. They have done it again..They painted my Toyota Tacoma back in May 2023...they did such a Fantastic job on that vehicle I brought my 2005 Honda Civic to them. Iris with her Great Customer Service and Knowledge of all things Technical and her team did another Outstanding Job. I Am Very Pleased with the level of Detail and Professionalism of the Team at Maaco!!! Go Maaco!!!!

The name Maaco has been around for awhile I really thought about taking my car here but after reading the reviews which I rely on other customers opinions I don't think I'll trust them with my car you can't treat the customers wrong it's unprofessional even if you've mad a mistake good customer service goes a long way

They painted the roof of our Sonata because the factory paint was peeling off. Two years later I find out they didn’t remove the old paint, because now the $500 of paint they applied is peeling off. Complete waste of money.Service: Painting
