My dad took my car there today, and when he brought it back, it wasn't cleaned. There was still debris on the carpets and dust everywhere, as if they hadn't wiped it down at all. My family and I have been coming here for years, and we've never had this issue before. I had to clean the car myself after it was returned. Additionally, there are chips on the back of my car that weren't there before. We will not be returning.
Response - I won't be able to come back to have the car cleaned because I’m leaving for college tomorrow and like I stated before I already cleaned it myself. There’s no point in discussing the damage with you since it won’t be repaired as stated in your poster, "That all damages have to be reported before you leave."

I am very particular about my car washes and they did an amazing job. I just went for my first time and I will forever be going back! They went over and beyond. Typically will drive to Lake Norman and go to their auto because they’re pretty good but I will now be going here!

I went there first time yesterday and was so excited I brought my with in 30 day brand new Escalade when I parked in the lawn, I told the guy just got it to be very careful if he had any questions to come get me, cause I was very hesitant. He laughed and said they would take good care of it. He was very young, which made me a little nervous, but I’m sure he knew what he was doing so I got my one year-old out of her car seat and we went inside, I noticed about 3040 minutes and the line was not moving. No cars were coming out. People were getting upset and even going to the desk and ask for their money back. The old man that owned the place came and asked who had the Cadillac my heart dropped and I said is everything OK? He said yeah we just can’t get it in neutral. I said OK no worries so he told me to follow him so I have my-year-old in my arms. She cannot walk yet. I followed him to my car that was stuck in the line, different guys young and old hopping in and out messing with everything. I asked him to get out so I could see I hopped in my hole shifter was not lighting up anymore, and it said shifter service on the screen. I asked what they had do because it was lighting up the old man Yelling at me said they did nothing but try to put it in neutral. I said obviously something was done because it’s not lighting up. Of course I’m starting to get upset because I put all my money into being a single mom and I was almost being told they haven’t done anything wrong and it’s gonna be on me , I get people continue to get in making me more nervous that they’re gonna mess up more. They tell me they’re gonna get a mechanic out there. Say OK and I ask if I can stay there the old man starts yelling at me and refuses to let me stay out there , I was embarrassed crying and could not even contain myself. I did not understand because I wanted to be there to watch considering it was my car as I was walking in I was holding my The older band said it was for insurance purposes because it was wet out there. I can understand that, but he asked me to come out there, and this obviously wasn’t a normal situation thank God for the lady at the front desk who prayed with me and offered by one year-old a free lollipop, we were there for an additional hour on top of the normal 30 minute wait they did in fact correct whatever had went wrong. I was told that something came unplugged but my thing is why not just come and get me if you have questions before messing with something so that you get something unplugged if you’re unfamiliar because something is such a new model , I had to pay full price and after everything I have been through it was never offered that this would’ve been free on the house which was very disheartening and shocking The older man did apologize, which I did appreciate but still I feel like more should’ve been done for my time wasted how upset I was made, and it wasn’t my fault.

Detail looks good from distance but the attention to detail was not there. Wax over decals. Wax not properly rubbed in. Had to go home and wipe car with microfiber cloth to properly buff out wax. Bed cover rails for bed cover damaged I suspect workers climbed on hard bed cover to clean back window. Grille not cleaned had to go home and fix this as well. Inside of bed was not touched at all. If you are looking for a quick and sloppy detail Marcos is the place. I will admit rather than addressing the concerns I saw while at the wash I said it was okay because I preferred to fix the poor work myself than to let the same sloppy workers fix it and not care for the car.
