The sales person that helped us today was fantastic. He was nice and not overbearing and very helpful. However, when I got home and contacted the company to ask them about a promotion they had online they were horrible. They did not answer any of my questions and basically told me since I bought in the store I couldn't get the promotion. Terrible customer service. So basically if you want good customer service go see Armond at the Stratford Commons Store but don't expect to get any customer service online.

we thought it was going to be an easy task picking out a mattress… Because we bought two other mattresses that we absolutely love. Unfortunately, we were informed by Armond. that they discontinued that style of mattress… Armond patiently showed us similar mattresses that was the same firmness as the ones we have in our spare bedrooms… He helped us find the perfect mattress for us! I would definitely work with Armond again and continuously refer people to your location to work with Armond Rollins!

we really enjoyed the customer service we received from Deva. he was very professional and made sure to get us into a mattress that was for our bodies, as well as did his best to stay within our price range. we recommend anyone looking for mattress, and or box spring go to mattress firm on Stratford road, u cannot miss it. You can see it from the road,and ask for Deva.
