I bought 3 mattresses from this store and my complete disappointment comes from them claiming that you get a replacement mattress within 10 years of your purchase. I have gone through all the channels that I was prompted to do when I went to the store to ask about obtaining a new mattress for the one I had previously bought and is no longer holding up. This mattress was rated one of their best mattresses as far as quality goes. The higher price was supposed to be a reflection of the mattress's quality as well. Since going by the store and filing my claim with the company, I have YET to hear back from anyone! I have sent emails, copies of receipts, and pictures of the mattress as requested. No one has responded or even acknowledged the emails that were sent. They are a scam and I should have listened to two previous colleagues of mine that told me it was going to be a waste of time and they don't honor anything they say. These stores are placed in low income communities and with their "low" prices and "guarantees" they are there to take advantage of the people. I would NEVER get another mattress from them nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone else!! I'm waiting to see how long it is going to take before I can get some sort of resolution for my claim. I AM EXREMELY DISATISFIED!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Bought 3 mattress sets from this place, (not the absolute best but not the absolute worst). Had the mattress set delivered on 12/31/21. The delivery guy was very inexperienced and in a rush! He carried a king size set ON HIS BACK rushing, in the process of rushing he FELL back against the screen door causing it to break! I called immediately up to the store, no answer. Left several messages. The next day I continued to call and finally got ahold of a salesman DAN. I sent pictures of door to DAN who stated it would be fixed once he talks to "Scotty" (whoever that it is). This happened on a Friday...by Tuesday I'm calling to find out about door. Dan was the rudest character I've ever seen. Basically letting me know that the owner doesn't care about customers at the NC store, he's worried about Virginia. Needless to say it's 1/10/22 and door was never fixed..luckily it was witnessed and small claims can handle. SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE IT WILL BE VALUED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Super-friendly store with a great selection. Great staff that doesn't make you feel pressured to buy, easy to talk with and great to do business with. I've bought the last 5 mattresses that I have needed from them and never once, had a bad experience. Great store with awesome people, go see them for any mattress need.
