Only stopped in for a tie to match suit I had purchased at MW in Fla. Was very impressed by the size of this NC location. It appeared to have more items in store than the SoFla location I had shopped at earlier in the month.Overall I find MW rewards/ discount program poor and difficult to use. A simple 10-15% discount offered on a spending limit (say over $500) would attract customers. Currently, you need to wait over a month for any discount - regardless of how much you spend.

Polite and friendly but most of the groomsmen alterations were off ot too tight. One didn't even get his suit in and had to be replaced with an off matching color. Seems like a lil more care could go into the enitial measurement

Honestly I am not happy with this store. I went into the store to get my measurements for my best friend wedding. I am the ring bearer. While I was waiting for someone to become available, this gentleman walked up and asked if I needed help. I do not know his name I'm sorry. But I told him I needed measurements and he asked me to walk towards the desk towards the back. As he was grabbing his tape measure, I noticed he had his phone to his ear but I didn't make a fuss about it. However, Everything was going fine until after he finished the measurements. He gave me two pair of pants to try on and took me to the dressing room. Once I came out, he was sitting down laying back on his phone. I was trying to ask questions and he was too focused on his phone. One time I asked a question, he started answering and stop mid sentence to look at his phone and respond to a text I'm assuming. I stood there for a few seconds and he never looked up and I walked away, put my pants back on and left. Very unprofessional. I'm really not a hard person to please nor do I get flustered quickly but this was just mind blowing

Had a good experience renting a tuxedo from them for a prom. Not overly priced and the tuxedo was extremely nice.Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The store can get crowded but that is to be expected. Recommend getting there when they first open.

I’ve shopped at this location for 20 years. Once upon a time, the service was among the best in retail. However, it has gradually declined to a point where no one even asks you if they can help or says hello. I just left after browsing for half hour with no one even asking me if I needed assistance (I did). Very disappointing.

Service is incredibly slow, painful and employees act like they don’t want to be there. Waited to be helped for an hour. Check in process is poor. Try a different shop like Thruway for rentals.

I amended a previous review. Tony at Menswear worked with me on an exchange on 4 shirts that were originally too small. He did state that I must have been measured incorrectly. He refunded my original amount and found better fitting shirts that came up to a much lower price. Thank you MW. It took a third conversation and an email to MWlistens and I am good to go.

Had a very frustrating time at mens wearhouse shopping for suites. We got the run around about weather or not we could rent tan suites, were not told that the reason we couldn't rent tan suites at the time was because the jackets and pants didn't match and they wouldn't get a new shipment in until.after my wedding. Our groomsmen went in and was not supposed to pay anything because my mother inlaw already paid a deposit, and an associate made him pay the difference at his fitting when we already arranged to pay the difference at the time of pick up. We could not get any strait answers. Every employee told us something different or gave us wrong answers. They need to get themselves together on the communication. I would not recommend mens wearhouse in the state it is in.

Linda was the salesperson that met me and my wife as soon as we walked in the door.She was extremely courteous and did not push for higher priced items as we were looking for the clearance priced suits as advertised, which was marked from $299 to $99. A steal. She and the Taylor made sure that we were correctly measured and had the suit that we wanted. The prices of the suits were so good that instead of buying one suit we bought two. The entire experience was great as we went to another higher end store and had a terrible experience as to the salesperson not being attentive and made sure to push higher end suits. In short we bought two high quality suits for what one suit of the same quality would have cost at the other store. Extremely happy. However, alterations take 3 weeks but I am sure the suits will be perfect. If not they will redo at no charge. Now that is service which now days is hard to find.Thanks again Linda for making it a pleasant experience.Picked up the suits today 2/25/23.As I thought, the suits were perfect.Thanks again Linda. This has been a wonderful experience. We will not only be back but we will send folks your way. Outstanding customer service and quality suits. Thank you once again.

My husband and I have shopped here for multiple occasions. They’ve been fantastic every time. We recently received help from Bryan (sp?) who was very kind from beginning to end. He gave honest/kind opinions. He greeted us when we came in the store, helped us with every question and step along the way. Highly recommend this location, and ask for him when you go in!

I took my two son's into this store to get suits for the first time and definitely needed the great help and attention we received from Ben. My son's were very different in age and build and still that did not deter Ben from being so helpful for hours until we purchased the suits. :) We even got suits, shirts, ties, socks and shoes as well as many pairs of Lucky Brand jeans.The store literally had everything and the best customer service anyone could ask for even if it was just needing a suit for the first time.from the moment we walked in until we returned later that day for suits that had alterations and were perfect in every way. To be honest I can hardly recognize my son's now and can't thank Ben enough for his help as I couldn't have done it without him. Having said that my only regret was not going in sooner‼️ Ben definitely deserves a raise especially in today's society where customer service is subpar as hardly anyone has enough employees or exceptional employees like Ben at The Men's Warehouse in Winston Salem NC. :)

Best experience , went in for 2 tuxedos for a funeral immediately got attended , the environment is nice, the people working are excellent, picked up the tuxedos yesterday with my brother and the girl was super nice her name is Daniela ;) she helped us and showed us how to put them on. overall best place to go

Terrible customer service. I have had bad experiences with this store. In 2017 I got married and used them for my groomsmen’s suites no issue. I went back over the past 3 years and terrible service compared to previously. Well yesterday I decided to go there one last time to see if had improved and there was little to no help.I decided to go to the Greensboro location near Bridford parkway. It was night and day difference. Great customer service and support. Go ahead and make the drive

This place rocks! My tux was missing my bow tie and the manager personally delivered me a replacement at the venue before the wedding. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m glad to see that true customer service still exists! Thank you!
