I am just switching back to Metro after a very unsatisfying affair with Boost Mobile. Metro did everything according to the agreement and were happy to help me; and I got a free phone for switching carriers. ?

When i bought one of there 5g gateway home internet box they were saying it can power up to 15 devices but having it only about 5 months it can barely run my smart tv and firestick and a game system it is always stuck on good signal I rarely see it on very good I don't recommend it I thought it was better than my other internet I drop but it's not

Unhelpful staff wanted to charge $48 to activate a new phone on my existing plan. I only even came in to have them to it because metro's website isn't working. Ridiculous. Dump Metro and don't bother with this location.

Agent lied and said to get to qualify for phone promo, you had to sign up for $60/month plan. Poster in window said you could get the phone deal in $40/month unlimited plan. Another shady authorized agent employee. Lol

Wasn't able to help me. Told one thing over a phone call, come in to find out it's something completely different. Do not visit this location. I went elsewhere, and got exactly what I was told!

Be Careful!! Their printers are broke..so that means they won't give you a receipt! One of the Hispanic girls scammed me out $38 more just to activate my son's phone yesterday but sent me a text through security codes confirming I only paid $59..I paid $92.She still tried to offer me a tablet saying only $50 today and just pay only $10 monthly!

They always have one employee working there, they neeed more employees!!!!! They close the store for their lunch break which understandable! But they really need people in there … They young lady has great customer service.

Went in to get phone upgraded and in the middle of purchasing the new phone the young woman 'assisting' answered a personal phone call and made us wait. Along with handing us a metro bag with the boxes in it but not the new phone to where we almost left thinking she had put it in the bag. Very not worth her time feel to it especially when not asked if we needed a sd card from old phone put in or anything tranfered over like last time we upgraded.

Janet at this location was amazing. She was able to match my needs with a great phone. She moved all my photo's and showed me how to do different things with the upgrade. We will use this store from now on because of the customer service we received.

They are very professional and friendly! They were able to get me the free phones! Janet was very nice and didn't let me leave until the phones were completely up and running! Thank you!!! The only Metro store in the area that is excellent!! Way to Go! Also I have great coverage where I live at! I highly recommend any Samsung phones or iPhones because they have the best reception out of all of the other brands of phones!!
