The worst customer care I have received by the NP at this minute clinic. Spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Clemmons Minute clinic and get the proper treatment. I came with obvious symptoms of pneumonia ( told them I had a son who just had it), I could her with my own ears fluid gurgling in my lungs, waking up drenched in sweat , decrased appetite , the NP barely listened to me through the multiple layers of clothes I had on, declared it is allergies and possible bronchitis and sent me away with a prescription of inhaler. Well, a day later as my "allergies" and "bronchitis" were not improving, I felt like a heavy truck was sitting on my chest and I couldn't breathe, felt like constant drslow drowning , I was forced to go to Urgent care Novant GoHealth and told It was in fact pneumonia and I had to immediately start on the course of antibiotics and theat they mever see night sweats and decreased appetite with bronchitis. Every other place I go the doctor listens, sympathizes and usually gets my diagnosis right but not here. Don't waste your money or time. Until they get a new NP in there, it will not get better. I will definitely be complaining to the corporate as well as previous customers qho had issues and maybe they will finally do something about this issue.

I had to get a Covid test for my trip outside of America, i had to get tested. I went to this CVS. I was warmly greeted and guided through the steps for my test. It was very comforting to feel at ease from start to finish. I had i wonderful time at this Mini Clinc at CVS. Ebony, Tara & the Donna went above and beyond to make feel at home. They were very supportive and informative to my trip overseas. I will only go here from now on.

Went today to get a rapid test ( I scheduled my test a day before). Got there and was told my apt was cancelled??? By whom because I didn’t. I needed the results to take to my doctor so he could begin my meds if needed. Was told that they couldn’t see me because they were “booked”. There was ONE other person in the waiting area. I will be calling corporate. Ridiculous customer service.

I made an appointment online before 9am today for 340 this afternoon and they just now (2:45pm) call telling me they won’t see me until I get covid tested.. yet they do testing. I have severe allergies and asthma and needed to see someone to get a prescription for an inhaler since I just moved back. Terrible service and terrible excuse for a place that is suppose to serve others. Don’t waste your time with these people, you’re better off.

When I submitted my Covid Test, I was told the results would be back in 3 days. It has now been more than 5 days and there is no way to speak to a live person about this. Apparently, according to the website, results can NOW take up to 7 days. I wish I would have known ; I would have gone somewhere else. I think it's (legally) negligent for people to be given completely incorrect information regarding test results for an issue as serious as this.

Needed to get flu tested for work. Walked in here and I have insurance (I'm a doctor, I promise I know how this works). The claim was never submitted to my insurance so they sent me the bill. I have spent hours on hold trying to verify that minuteclinic has my correct insurance information (1 hr and 11 min today). There was never a way to leave a message and no alternative contact method other than the toll free number. They sent me to collections less than 3 months after the visit for a claim they never submitted. Having the flu was actually less painful than this process.

I had an issue with a prescription and went into the pharmacy at the CVS Robinhood Rd on Sunday January 5th.The pharmacist, Ms. Conklin, was extremely helpful. She handled my situation with understanding and great customer service. I was in and out quickly and was completely satisfied. Her actions will keep me as a CVS customer. CVS is lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks for your help Ms. Conklin. Fred G

I just came to get a flu shot. Was told it may or may not be $50. I had already called my provider and was assured it was covered 100% and relayed that to the NP. I was asked if I had a spare $50 to see if I was covered. Who has a spare $50??? Costco only charges $15. I will never ever come back to CVS again. Wasted my whole afternoon with 2 toddlers in tow to be told it might cost $150 for us to get vaccinated. And my kids are still vulnerable to flu. Terrible, terrible way to treat a family.

Went to CVS tonight for a called in prescription for my son. They are out of the drug, will not have until later in the week. If want to pickup at another CVS the doctor has to call them. Why could the pharmacy not have called me to let us know this? We are (or were) customers there and they have all our contact information. The clerk tried to help, the pharmacist did not look up from what she was doing or try to offer any assistance.
