We have bought three cars from there over the last 6 years. There service dept. Sucks! Our family will never purchase another car from there again! Don’t even deserve the one star.

Ordered parts told I would have by a certain date. The date came and went with no word. Checked my online status to see if it had shipped but kept saying ready to ship. When I emailed about this I got no response but my online status changed to in progress. So I canceled the order. They pulled money from my bank account for the order and even sent me an email saying I would get a refund but now they saying they never took the money but shared their transaction showing they did but now are telling me to contact my bank. They won't answer anymore question.

I had to order a part for a Ford Vehicle. It was a seatbelt receiver. I needed it so I could keep my twin boys safe and have a working seatbelt. Ford themselves didn't have the part in stock ( Go figure). But Modern Chevrolet shipped the part all the way to California!! I thank you and need to re think about buying a ford and switch to a Chevy! Lol thank you for the fast shipping from the parts department!!

I rented a car last minute from Modern. The young I dealt was nice, engaging and helpful. His name is Kirkland. I had to extend my rental day-in problems. I would highly recommend using Modern for car rental.

I have had my car (Mazda 3) serviced here several times despite not being my car manufacturer dealership because of the outstanding service. I feel that I am always getting the best deal, best service, and best customer care. The new service department is top of the line and I always get reports on my alignment and tread so that I have the information I need to make an informed decision on the services for my car. By far the best service department in town!

I seen a car (Honda CRV) I was interested in but it was at Modern Subaru in Boone. I told the sales lady (Liliana Diaz) 2 days before it was brought down here I do not want the $799 3m tint and door edge guards, and she said ok. After the car arrived here at Modern, I told her again I did not want the tint package and she said it was too late, they tinted the rear windows. After getting charged $799, I got home and learned that they in fact did not tint anything and immediately asked her for a refund. She said they can't do that so I got the 2 door windows tinted and the edge guards installed a week later. The paperwork says estimated at $149.95 for this to be done but I was charged $799! I feel I should be given my money back since I was flat out ripped off and lied to by the sales lady. I have all the txt messages proving all that I have written. Do not deal with this place as they are cons. I will be sure to let anyone I know to not buy from Modern, especially Chevrolet! no place should be able to charge $800 to tint 2 windows and put a few edge guards on!

Since purchasing my new car here in 2019 I have had several bad experiences with this company but I will list a couple here. I took my car in for a regular oil change. Paid and waited several hours only to get my car back and notice a day later that the oil change was not done. Had to pay again and take my car elsewhere to ensure that I could get service. After that incident, I let management know about it but I did not return for service. My car was brand new in 2019, it is now 2022, it's time to replace tires. When buying tires I found that I have wheel locks on my tire rim. I have only had my tires rotated by them, no one else has touched my car. I called in to see if they could help with my wheel locks. I was told that because I had not had my car serviced by them recently despite their customer service issues, they he would not assist me. I spoke with the manager yet again, nothing. I do not recommend that you trust the work that they do on your vehicle. This place is not morally trustworthy. Question everything they tell you and and everything they do to your car, especially women and most especially women of color. Stay away.Even the response is not genuine. I called them before I posted this to no avail. Also my name is very original I am on their records, if they were concerned about any of my grievances they could find and contact me. This place is deceptive, from top to bottom. Their attempt to save face is shameful . Again, stay away.

Car in for service. Had to buy battery from them $250.. They did not fix the car. Estimate for parts was about $300 more than another dealer. Run around conversations and text. When car returned to me 2 days later, new battery dead. Mechanic did not put the car back together, missing pieces that were on the car. I am out 2 towing charges, day from work, expense of replacing parts not put back on car. The car is in worst shape than taken in at extra expenses of replacing what they did.

I had been struggling with my new car and Cory Bittle got me right. Can't vouch for the entire business but they did get me right as well as it seemed like they could. Still small things I'm feeling while I drive tense the 4 stars but all in all he made me feel valued. Strait forward and to the point. Didn't try to attack me for my money and really worked with me. Highly recommend seeing him. Thank you for the new transmission

Owning a Corvette can be a nervous proposition and servicing it can be even more worrisome. Finding a place that is reliable, trustworthy, certified and competent is one of the challenges one faces and in my area Modern Chevrolet is the number one dealer location to go to to service your Corvette. They have the latest certified technicians on staff as well as continuing to be a Corvette dealer selling the new C8 model after upgrading their equipment and increasing their certification training for their technicians. Dave Good is the assistant service manager, and has been the best person to deal with as he is completely knowledgeable about this car and its service needs. I've dealt with him for many years as his career has taken him through the ranks at this dealership and he continues to be professional and trustworthy. The service center now has a drive in location so that inclement weather doesn't stick you outside in the cold rain when you show up and there's plenty of nice areas to stretch out and relax or they let you come right up to the technician bays so that you can scope out the quality work being done on your car. I would highly recommend this location for all of your automotive needs and have complete confidence that you'll always get a great price with the best service possible
