Ordered parts told I would have by a certain date. The date came and went with no word. Checked my online status to see if it had shipped but kept saying ready to ship. When I emailed about this I got no response but my online status changed to in progress. So I canceled the order. They pulled money from my bank account for the order and even sent me an email saying I would get a refund but now they saying they never took the money but shared their transaction showing they did but now are telling me to contact my bank. They won't answer anymore question.

i have been disappointed for quite some time. plan on filing a complaint whether it does anything or not. the convenience of where the dealership is from my job is what has kept me going. i will be inconvenienced and go elsewhere from now on.i don't feel that anyone there cares whether i am truly satisfied with the service or not.

I drove over an hour only to find out the car I was interested in was sold. While this is understandable I would have thought a call would have been a common courtesy. I did make an appointment and when I walked in I was lied to regarding the sales lady that I made the appointment with. I would steer clear of this dealership and Sarah abee as clearly shown in this instance that integrity is of very low value here.

I had to order a part for a Ford Vehicle. It was a seatbelt receiver. I needed it so I could keep my twin boys safe and have a working seatbelt. Ford themselves didn't have the part in stock ( Go figure). But Modern Chevrolet shipped the part all the way to California!! I thank you and need to re think about buying a ford and switch to a Chevy! Lol thank you for the fast shipping from the parts department!!

Since purchasing my traverse I have always had it serviced it Modern and the service is always done just fine. Cory did a great job as my advisor and did not try to upsell me on anything. However, the service always takes much longer than expected, by 30 minutes to an hour even. This time the service (basic oil change and tire rotation) took 2 hours, when I was told it would take an hour or less.

Great customer service! Roderick Hinton and Shannon Castillo made my purchase experience go well. From the beginning, I felt I was important and not just the transaction. They listened to want I wanted and made it happen.

The service department has NO IDEA what they are doing. #1 they charged me $180 for a $20 fuel filter and they didn’t even know how to reset the fuel filter life. #2 They “fixed” my NOX sensor… So I left the truck at the dealership (1.5 hours from my home). When they said it was ready to be picked up a day later, I was driven all the way back to pick it up. They said they drove my truck 30 miles to make sure it was good… As I asked them to. However, they drove it 4 miles - as I took a picture of the mileage before I dropped it off. Guess what happened? I got on the interstate and the check engine light came right back on. So I took it back and they said it was a cooler pump or something this time? That code has never even shown up? So they fixed that the following week… #3 Ever since I picked up the truck it has developed an issue to where it takes a few seconds to start up and it’s been about a week and a half, now the check engine light has already came back on and I can only imagine what it is this time… All over a simple NOX sensor. Not counting that during each visit I spent over an hour at the dealership… I worked with Cory, he seems like a nice guy. But he doesn’t have an issue with making you wait for no reason. I will NEVER come back to this dealership and I am canceling my extended warranty with Modern. I typically do not get frustrated, but this is ridiculous.

Cory Bittle is an excellent service advisor & very good at what he does. He went over repairs and explained in detailed. I really appreciate that. I will definitely be doing business with him in the near future. Job well done

David is my service guy. Anytime I have a problem with my vehicle I call him and he makes sure I get in right away. He is super nice and he always communicates with me I only like to deal with him. He always explains and make sure I understand everything before deciding to pay or not. Which I usually end up paying because I need my car. However I will never get another Chevy car. There is something always wrong with my car and I’m usually at the dealership every other month.

I had some shaking due to a recent suspension upgrade and all I needed was an alignment. James Johnson the service advisor was very helpful in the process. I will always service my 2018 Silverado at Modern Chevrolet of Winston Salem!!

Brought car in for minor service and a exhaust noise. My service guy, Spalding was great. I appreciated the use of a loaner car. Car runs smoothly and much more quiet.

Overall, great customer service. Few downfalls during appointment. Dealer didn’t see all the blemishes, window crack and said the car was in perfect condition. I did notice it and luckily bartered with them to pay to fix it with the price. But with purchase all spots are being fixed.I bought the car and brought it home after they provided a cleaning prior to me leaving the dealership. The trunk mat still had sticky stuff inside, dirt still on the front dash and the windows very smudged and dirty.. not a very good “cleaning.”Great customer service but sales rep and staff. Very polite and respectful. Clean establishment and was very prompt. I do recommend the location, just minor call outs from my time on 9/1.

The service department scheduling couldn't seem to get much right. They called asking if I was bringing my truck in when it was already there. Left a message with the rental department and never received a call back. I also left a couple of messages with the service department and didn't receive a call back until after I called them again the next day. I had an appointment on a Monday but they didn't get to looking at it for well over 24 hours later. I did get it back on the next evening (Tuesday).I had to revise my review to one star.My truck was worked on by an incompetent mechanic. I drove my truck off but I felt something wasn't right. I texted Matt and asked about the repair, Matt assured me it was okay. A couple of days later I hook up my trailer and head out. Soon afterwards I find myself broke down along an interstate. I had to pay for lodging and towing. I again text Matt and ask if they are going to refund my money being that absolutely nothing was done to fix my problem. I have not heard from Matt or the owner about the refund I guess they are going take my money for nothing in return. So if you want your money taken for nothing go see Matt at Modern.Here I go again with another review. I just got off the phone with some employee trying to tell me repairs were actually made to my vehicle. He is trying to tell me the repairs were made and wants my documents from the dealership who actually did the work correctly so I could make it home. I wish he could explain to me why if the repairs were made the truck broke down again with the exact same problems they were expected to fix. It's a shame when a senior citizen needs to pay two shops to fix a single repair. They must be proud the took money from someone on a fixed income. Not to mention the money I had to put out to get my trailer towed, pay for rental cars and lodging then shell out another $3400 to get it right.

Mr. Willie Guess was top notch, he went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. He was very down to earth and treated us like family, in his words “we were his cousins!” ?Now when it comes to Mr. Joyner, he was NOT my cup of tea. He did his job but while doing so he openly undermined me as a female, I’m not stupid but he definitely made me feel as such. When it came to asking about the title of the vehicle I was trading in he looked at me and said “here let me show you what a title looks like because I have a feeling you’ve never seen one or don’t know what it looks like.” In all due respect I may have been born at night but it sure as hell wasn’t last night. Stop undermining people and assuming they don’t know anything!! Respectfully!!
