I am extremely disappointed . I have been a loyal customer for years! I will never bring my car back for service. I will never purchase a vehicle. I will not recommend Modern Nissan to anyone you folks price gauge, and take advantage of people never again!!!!

To add to the not getting our brake problem fixed someone stole our dash came out of our car just ripped it out by the wire and looks like they were looking for something around the spare tire. I called and told someone in the service dept. about it but no one has got back with me yet. Update its has been over 2 weeks no one from Nissan has contacted me about this. I know where NOT to go for a new car or service.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They only care about you when they are trying to sell you a car. Once they sell it to you they treat you like your not worth their time anymore. They promised to fix the things that were wrong and when I took it back they said they was going to file it with my car insurance. After they fixed a few things I picked my car up and the seat wasn't tight anymore. When I stop the car the seat rocks. Will not recommend them to anyone. Terrible terrible business

Worst experience ever. Bought a 17 Silverado on 9/25 maybe have had it 5-6 days since we bought it. Rest of the time it’s been in the shop. 1st time for air conditioning. Nissan said nothings wrong and gave it back. Next day the truck died while my wife was DRIVING. Got it to crank back up. Took it back in. Nissan took it to Modern Chevy and they found out what’s wrong with air conditioning and the dying of the truck was due to bad fuel pump then Chevy let us know that the truck also needed brand new battery cables every $700 out of our pocket. Modern Nissan did agree to fix the air conditioning. Told us to come pick it up yesterday arrive to pick it up and surprise the truck would not start. Ed took my wife five days to get a response. From anyone above the sales person. Finally, a manager contacted us, and after some negotiating. They agreed to pay to fix the air-conditioning on the bad reviews you guys say to contact you sometimes from the owner, however, trying to get the number to contact someone at such a position is like trying to eat nails for breakfast I sincerely regret buying this truck from modern Nissan are used money that my parents left me when they both passed to get some thing for my wife and it’s been a total failure. One more small detail the lettering was coming off the side of the truck. And I asked him to fix that they gave me paperwork saying they did fix it. However, the litter is still laying in the middle consul of the truck. I mentioned it twice having brought it in twice at the time they wrote it on the sheets that they gave back to us saying how they completed it however, they did not.

I suppose I am used to having better service. I normally get air in my tires when servicing the vehicle. I was surprised that the check lights went on the morning after visiting the shop. The other Nissan that I used to go also washed the vehicle. I was not expecting the latter, but at least air in the tires would have been great. I was also irked that I never received a confirmation for my service appointment. I had to call the shop just to see if I ended up in the system. This was my first time. I did not heed my friend's warning. She told me that she was left wanting after her first visit. I hope it gets better. I am not sure whether I would return, but I might change my mind closer to the next time my car needs servicing. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Everyone was wonderful to work with. My sales consultant Lalanda Cater and Miguel Lara were an absolute dream to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy and they were patient with me until I made my final decision.

Initial contact on a maintenance issue wasn’t great until Tim Wilson took over my project. Communication was great when working with Tim in service. He got my project done quickly! Many thanks to Tori, Chris Wilson, Tim Wilson and the maintenance team. These three folks should be running the dealership.

Everything from beginning to end was worth the trip to the service department. Frank was very professional, very efficient, his communication and follow up was exactly what a customer needs and wants when facing any uncertainty with their vehicle. I needed a minor diagnostic observation and test for a clunky sound on the drivers side of my 2018 Pathfinder. The service manager said they were short staffed. Three days later, maybe longer, they finally had time for the check. I have an extended warranty but no mention of using it. I need a ride home with no offer to use their shuttle. That's my bad. I should have asked. After several tries finding out what the noise was, I had to ride with the service manager to determine what and where it was. The manager and I figured it out, witand it was dealt with. A simple issue had taken several days, and it was a good thing that I had a second vehicle to drive. Veterans beware of this way below average dealership. I don't have enough time to tell a previous problem that had arose. My wife has a Toyota prius and has it serviced at the Modern Toyota on Peter's Creek in Winston-Salem. Compared to the Nissan dealership, my wife says it is top-notch. Modern Nissan is a poor choice for anything to be done on your vehicle. As I said, veterans keep away from the less than good dealership. What a pain in the @$$

My sales rep Mr. Cockrel was helpful and honest during this whole process. The delivery of my car here to my address in Burlington, NC was a time saver since the vehicle I chose was at another. I would recommend him to anyone.
