BUYER BEWARE! Scales are rigged jewelry is cheap and overpriced! Was told the jewelry was 11.2 grams I brought. Put it on my scale it's only 10.9. This place is a complete rip off spend your money elsewhere.

Took my chain in to repair and it came back worse than how I dropped it off. Brought in my chain to repair a broken link (still attached and wearable, just weak) and they said they would take care of it. When I picked the chain up after the repair, it looked noticeably worse from a shoulders distance. They did not tell me they were going to solder it, to fix it. They did a very sloppy job soldering and it looks worse than when it was broken. I could still wear it when it was broken, I just wanted it to be fixed before it broke completely and was unwearable. They did not offer to help in any other way or deal with my unsatisfaction with the poor job they did. I spent years coming here and not sure if I will take my business here anymore.

I have purchased my jewelry from this company over the years, and I purchased a $600 bracelet Mother's Day weekend. When the associate tried to put the bracelet on it broke. I immediately asked for my money back. They assured me they could fix it and would give me free engraving on the bracelet. I still wasn't comfortable moving forward but because I have made many purchases with them I did it anyway.Another mistake. I went to pick up the bracelet and you literally needed a magnifying glass to see it. And my name only has 4 letters. They again assured me they would do it over. I haven't heard from them since. Now I can't return the bracelet because it has passed their return policy date And the bracelet is still in their possession. So now I have to file legal papers for a civil suit. Be careful when buying anything from them and if you do make sure it's the quality that they advertise

Best jewelry shop in town, owner is dope, anything you need, and everything you want! I couldn’t find a necklace like the one I bought from here at other name brand stores like zales or Kay’s, or anywhere, went in here saw it right away. Bought it! Currently 2k down the drain but it’s just money baby ???

So over the years New York Jewelry is the only place I have purchased my jewelry, and I made a $600 purchase for a bracelet Mother's Day weekend. The bracelet broke as the sales associate tried to put it on. I immediately asked for my money back. They assured me that they would fix it, and offered free engraving. So I agreed. I went to pick it up, and you literally needed a magnifying glass to see my name. Which only has 4 letters. I have never been so disappointed with this company. I wish I could get my money back, but that's how they get you. After 7 days you can't get your money back even though they sold me a bad bracelet bad engraving

Well was going to spend some money and the management was going to take my trade in then he left and said 10 minutes waited over 30min so while I was waiting I went to grab my cell phone that had my account info. And then he switched up on me and changed the price on everything and then got rude with me and then his security guard bully me out of the placeand was very rude. said my jewelry was scrap. zero stars don't spend ur money there they switched up on me and my wife.

Shopped in this store for years even as a teenager. They don’t stand behind their jewelry and will sale you either fake or overpriced Jewlery. Jamil & his son Ali does bad business and are jealous even if you browse Jewlery at the other local stores within the mall. I thought you as a customer can shop wherever you want especially within a mall. Stay away spend your money wherever it’s appreciated. Also, they burnt my jewelry and I had to take it to another shop to be repaired once they refused to after stalking me at another store and sent me a text to have my jewelry that was sold by them repaired elsewhere.NEVER AGAIN0 STARS FOR ME

In New York Jewelers Hanes Mall I buy a charm for my boyfriend in June for Father’s Day they asked for my I.D. to make a copy the lady forgot to give me them back it’s been two months in August I when back to get them was told first by the owners rude son I should have came back before then I don’t go to the mall like that then the owner said they gave my license to the post office in the mall to mail back to me but I never received it No apologize from the son at first just blaming me also they just should have replaced my license never shopping here again if anyone used my license for any fraud I will hold them responsible ?? don’t deserve any stars!?

Spent over 10k in the last 5 years here. Clearly told me every time I spend thousands that they would clean jewelry free of charge that has been purchased here. Now they’re telling me its 20 bucks ?. That’s Ight my next piece about to be 25k all VVS. Going elsewhere keep that 20. It’s cool
