New Hanover Novant Health almost killed my 5 year old and yall claim you provided AMPLE CARE ??? This was AFTER the ignorant bubble gum machine certified PA stopped me as they were rushing my limp child into the back to APOLOGIZE that they got her urine results back TWO DAYS PRIOR to her going completely unresponsive!! NO phone call, NO pharmacy order, NO NOTHING for TWO DAYS until I was forced to bring her back because she wouldn't wake up !!!!!!!!! And this is ample care ?!?!?!?! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL UNTIL NOVANT HEALTH RECONIZES THAT MY CHILD WAS PUT INTO THE ICU BECAUSE OF THE NEGLIGANCE OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARMENT AT NHRMC NOVANT HEALTH!! how DARE you even THINK you provided even the slightest bit of care when a simple UA could have resolved ALL OF IT but yall dragged it out for 4 days continuously sending her home even when she went unresponsive IN YOUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT and you still sent her home THAT DAY???!!!! no further testing no nothing ????? Ample care ??? I pray no other family has to go through the nightmare we did. It's disgusting how you feel like you did everything you could when you barely even followed protocol.

This is Regarding Orthopedics and Risk Management but EVERYONE should be aware!!Absolutely terrible experience and customer service, waste of time and $1200.. called to make an appt and referred to the Clemmons office with Dr McCabe then was told that I should have never come to Clemmons and send back to Winston Salem all for Dr Schweppe to tell me there is nothing he can do for me as he isn’t familiar with my type of situation after multiple scans and tests, and that he would reach out to fellow drs OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO and still nothing.. completely useless and unprofessional, after reaching out to Risk Management for Novant and realizing how completely pathetic the entire company is I will be seeking other options for further medical needs considering they are unwilling to assist patients with their medical needs..
