This is an excellent Novant Medical Practice! I have seen Dr. Craig Yarborough for over 6 years. He is caring, compassionate, very smart and listens to his patients. From the front desk to his nursing staff and the on-site lab, everything for your medical care is easily accessible. I am always amazed at how efficiently this office is run because appointments are ON TIME!

This facility provides an outstanding health care service. From the scheduling process to the final appointments everyone is very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable having them taking care of my health, especially with Steven Laws PA which is a very detailed, knowledgeable and professional health care provider.

Dr. Kelly is a top notch physician, he treats you with the utmost respect. The staff at this facility are cordial, and are pleasant to talk with as they do their duties. Easy access in and out, and super clean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly's since 1979, so he has seen my family grow up. He actually delivered my daughter, Lori. Dr. Littlejohn delivered my daughter, Kelly. He knows the whole family. We have been through good and bad times, and Dr. Kelly has been there for us every step of the way. He's been an awesome doctor and I hope he doesn't retire from Maplewood Family Practice anytime soon. I think I would be lost, and he would be missed. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a doctor. PA's and other doctors there are pretty awesome too.

I have been a patient with Maplewood for my entire life, 44 years now. I have realistic expectations as I also work in a related field and I have never left feeling angry about an insanely long wait. Reception is always pleasant, the nurses are usually smiling and ready to answer questions, and I often have lab work and all the phlebotomists on staff have been great. I have several doctors or PAs that I see and they have all been easy to get ahold of MyChart or by calling the office. I recommend Maplewood for other people in the area.

I have been going here for many years, seeing Steven Laws for my healthcare. I moved to Atlanta in 2006 but continue to drive back here for my healthcare. That is a testament to the care I receive from the team. I can confidently recommend Steven and this practice without any hesitation. They are great!

While I liked my doctor, I have had multiple bad experiences with scheduling and front office.I was really sick in Jan and could not get an appointment for several days.Additionally, several months later, I made another appointment. After waiting 40minutes, i asked front desk when I would be seen. They informed me the doctor was double booked and it would be hours.

I’ve always had a great experience at this office. (Been going there for years) Dr. K. Elmore and his assistant are the best. Also the young ladies at the front desk are very polite too. If you’re looking for a place this is it!!!!!

I will not schedule an appointment with this Dr. Ever again. Thank youDefinitely changing Primary Physician been in the network for a long time since my Dr. Jones retired hasn't been the same. This Physician at this office has no Empathy for they patients. I try calling the 1 800 just had no call back.

By 4 a.m. yesterday I was extremely unwell and knew I needed an antibiotic. I sent a message to my PCP through MyChart. By 11:30 a.m., I’d had no reply so I phoned the office. Before I finished my call, I’d had a reply from Dr. Craig Yarbrough, the physician on call that day.While there were no office appointments available, Dr. Yarbrough offered a work-around, ordered lab tests and we had an E-Visit through MyChart. Medication was called into my pharmacy by 5 p.m.Today I am significantly better. I am extremely grateful for the quick work by Dr. Yarbrough and the staff at Maplewood Family Medicine, where I am a relatively new patient.
