“THESE GUYS ARE HEROS!!!! They went above and beyond. My car’s gearshift stopped working after my oil change (it’s a Ford thing they didn’t do anything wrong fyi) and they were so awesome! I was on a road trip and had no idea what to even do. THANKFULLY, these guys are so knowledgeable and knew exactly what it was and how to help. They did some mechanical wizardry and got me back on the road. They even offered to show me how to pop it back in place if I had trouble on the road. They even went as far as to show me what part and where I could get it for less than $20 and a trustworthy mechanic if I needed them to put it on for me. They didn’t even charge me…they just helped!!! If that would have happened anywhere else I would have been stuck. I am so grateful that things went the way they did. Whenever I’m in town I will go STRAIGHT TO THESE GUYS!!!”

“10/10 definitely recommend! I called just hoping they would have time to look at my car before they closed today being that it was Friday. They said I could bring it by really quick and they would try to see what the issue was so that I could at least have peace of mind over the weekend (very kind, because I was freaking out.) They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and even showed me what it was. They were also nice enough to fix it right then when they didn’t have to, at a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake; a very well behaved dog in the waiting area my kids really enjoyed playing with. Will most definitely be back!”

“My first time stopping in today was for an oil change and some diagnostic work. Folks at the desk were prompt and professional, and the tech who worked on my vehicle, Raphael, is obviously very knowledgeable about his work, and did a great job of offering additional services without being pushy, which is normally a pet peeve of mine.
I'll definitely be back!”

“First time visiting this location after seeing many recommendations online. It was a Sunday so I was excited to see they were open. I pulled in and a tech lead me into the service bay. There were maybe 4 technicians all working on my vehicle (I was the only one there) and they were all very friendly and fast. I had an oil change, windshield wipers replaced, and a reverse light replaced. They checked my fluids, filters, and tire pressure as well. I wasn't pressured into additional services and they made me feel comfortable while I was there. It was a very pleasant, quick experience. I didnt even have to get out of the car! I would highly recommend this location.”

“Icame in at 11:30 on a Saturday for an inspection. The gentleman who work here are exceptional. They could teach a workshop on customer service!! Shawn (the manager, I think) came out to my car immediately. I was finishing a phone call and he was patient and gracious. All four of the service technicians were kind, positive and engaging. (And it was a hot July day!!) They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!!”

“I have been coming to this place for oil changes and inspections for years. The bad reviews do not make any sense to me because my experience has always been quick, easy and the work completed correctly. This shop is friendly, efficient and the price is right. Don’t expect a luxurious waiting room with sodas and snacks instead expect quick service with honest staff. I have NEVER been sold or attempted to be sold something for my car that it did not need. The free vacuum and windshield wash is a nice touch. They even send a follow up card with a coupon towards the next oil change. Hope this help.”

“The service was fine. I just have a problem with being talked down to by the service manager. When I talked to him about my oil filter, I was not being "cute" I was very serious and resent the condensation. It is very impolite to speak to women that way when they are discussing real issues about their cars.

“Took my vehicle to get an oil change today, I received courteous, expedient, and personalized service from this location. Dennis, the mechanic was extremely efficient, and I would like to shout him out!”
“I went to the service center at 2pm on Tuesday to get a new tire on my car. It was locked up so I went to customer service to find out what the hours were for the service center. No one knew. Skye was very patient, courteous and professional. I started calling Walmart at 7am Wednesday morning to make an appointment to get a tire on my car. I spoke to Skye 3 times and finally spoke with Mason about 9am. Mason checked to make sure they had the tire I needed before I made the almost hour long trip there. I showed up and Steve and Angel came out to check my tire. I asked Steve to keep me updated and let me know how much the tire would cost before they mounted it. As I was watching I saw Angel putting the new tire on the wheel but Steve hadn't come and told me how much it would cost. I told Mason about it so he checked for me. Steve never came back to talk to me. Mason was very patient and courteous with me. He went the extra mile. Angel was also very courteous and helpful when I pulled back around and had some questions.”
“I had an awesome experience thanks to Billy and Bretton..To make a long story short I had an awful experience at the Hanes Mill location… At that location my appointment was cancelled multiple times and i was sent away with my tires in the back of my vehicle.. i explained the situation to Billy and he went out of his way to get make sure I got an appointment that day to get my tires installed… Service was fast and the staff were very friendly!!! Customer Service to me is everything!!! And Billy and Bretton provided excellent customer service.. I will definitely return to this location if I need anything else done. Thank you so very much!!”
