About Old Town Coin Laundry
Based on the reviews, Old Town Coin Laundry is a longstanding cleaner in Winston Salem. The facility is always clean and comfortable, with a very clean and inviting atmosphere. The ladies at the counter are very pleasant, nice, and helpful. The drop-off service does a fantastic job with rock-star level folding. Pricing is reasonable, with dryers at .25 for 7 minutes, which is better than most places. However, some reviews note that the facility has more out of order washers and dryers than before, and the folding tables, floors, and many dryers are not as clean as they once were. The bathroom is also described as gross. Despite this, customers have been coming for years and highly recommend the business.

Staff is very friendly, but the floors look like they haven’t washed them in days. The machines are always busted. The dryers half of them are taken by staff.
