This is by far the best O'Reilly's that I have used for my automotive needs. Douglas is the absolute best! He patiently went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my pickup truck on three different occasions. You just don't see this type of commitment to customer service in this day and age we live in. Thank you, Douglas

These guys are great! I had to get a part warrantied and they got it replaced very quickly! These guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't think of going anywhere for parts but here!

he tried to refuse my tip.

Customer service is great! Blake (I think that’s his name- worked Sunday 11/ 19 around 5pm with glasses) was phenomenal. Took the time to check my vehicle, explain the parts, and sold me exactly what I needed. I used to be a loyal auto zone person but customer service really made be switch and start coming here instead.
