Due to my idiocy I ordered a charm my wife already had at Pandora online. A very nice young lady and another very nice older lady made an exchange for me in a few moments. No problem. I'm just going to go to this location from now on. Thank you ladies!

My wife had express to me on wanting a nice charm bracelet, I thought it would be a good idea for her to experience pandora. Unfortunately this in store location gives off perplexing vibes(energy is everything to me). My plan was to come in with my wife, let her pick out the bracelet of her choice and make a purchase being that her birthday is in 4 days but after observing the sales associate "picking and choosing" who they'd like to help and when asking to try on the more expensive bracelet, being told: "That in particular bracelet is way more expensive than the other you inquired about". Yeah, I just may order online or better yet take my business elsewhere.

I had to wait over 45 minutes just to be helped when there was plenty of workers available. I asked to see something and the lady told me to look somewhere else. It was way too unprofessional, everyone in there had an attitude, and zero help was offered to anyone.

Visited Pandora to use a gift card I received for my birthday/Mother’s Day. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but after a brief conversation the sales person recommended the perfect charm to go on my rope bracelet.

The sales associate was rude and I plan on just ordering on line. They try to give you the most expensive unless you ask for something less expensive then they don’t have time to show you anything

Recently I went to purchase a gift for my mother for her birthday. My daughter also wanted to purchase her something as well.The young sales lady was very kind and helpful! When we went to check out, all of the items we purchased wouldn’t fit in a small bag, so she was giving me a bigger bag. The manager came out and said it could all fit in a smaller bag (there was no way it would fit in a smaller bag). She then proceeded to put everything in multiple bags because, “the bigger bags are more expensive and we need to save those for the customers that spend A LOT of money.” “Not that we don’t appreciate all our customers, but you understand…right??” ?This manager can keep her “expensive” shopping bags. I’ll take my business elsewhere. If I do anymore business with Pandora, I’ll be going to Greensboro.Pandora, teach your managers some class, because this one lacked it GREATLY!

Took my wife here to get her a charm bracelet for valentine's day and although we ended up making a purchase the experience was very "meh". They didn't have the original bracelet she wanted in stock and also the sales people are just bad. It's like they've never worked with the public before. They just stared at us.
