The account manager Julio Diaz was very knowledgeable and very personable and an amazing individual to do business with and Mr. Brandon Dunn the store manager is an exceptional individual. This location was clean and all of the representatives were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this location to any individual needing services from a pawn shop within the triad area.”

Calvin (I think that’s his name) went OVER AND BEYOND for me and found my package through a sea of blind orders. Don’t shop at Wish people! “So far so good! Stopped by yesterday to sell a gold necklace and pawn another. I recieved reasonable prices based on the other estimates from other pawn shops. Will be returning today to get some prices on more things I'd like to sell. My first impression of this pawn shop was very clean, neat and organized. As far as the staff, I was greeted by a young gentleman who serviced me right away. I was given friendly and fast customer service. He was very knowledgeable on the items I had. Any questions I had were answered and the entire process was professional. I've been to 2 other pawn shops here in Winston-Salem. Staff aren't as friendly, their shops are small and unorganized or messy. When dealing with money...whether buying or selling...you ALWAYS want to be treated professionally and treated kindly. And that is the service I recieved so thumbs up to the National pawn on stratford road for excellent service. ????”
