I myself do not eat here because of the foods is trash like quality but me and my significant other do DoorDash and we get this restaurant I call plenty of restaurants ahead of time to ask if the order is ready and I can usually get an answer by describing the order with this Popeyes they decided they would not give me an answer until I had the name of the order which if you DoorDash you know you cannot get until you get to the restaurant I describe my order multiple times and asked them if they had any Prepared they stated they could not tell me until I had the name of the ordee I can’t steal the food if I don’t have the name of the order so I don’t understand why I could not be informed if the order was ready and then as I’m explaining to The district manager she said she was that I can’t see the name and I’m just trying to see ahead of time If my order was ready because they usually take forever no one told me they had multiple orders the exact same way until I asked If that’s why they need the name but when I got there there was only one order prepared customer service and these people apparently don’t have any brains to think things through

WowStill the GhettoI came in with a coupon get 2pieceChicken one side and ask can I get2 thighs and female on cash register tell me only what's coupon is what I get, I know that's a lie and let her take my order, it's my foughtI should check my food , when I look at my chicken they gave me half thigh , that's crazy

You have the best tasting chicken, and your RB&R are scrumptious, but you are going to kill your business if your service gets any worse. Order spicy chicken, get mild; order white meat, get dark; order three piece, get two! Why ask if you are going to put random stuff in the bag? Grab bag chicken? Do YOU appreciate getting a messed up order?!

Imagine taking your hard earned money and ordering from Popeyes through UberEats. But instead of receiving some nice golden crispy fried chicken, you receive chicken that looks like it was burnt and beaten with a clothes hanger. So you do what any reasonable person would do which is call the manager to let them know that someone dropped the ball. And instead of accepting your feedback and making it right, they say that their chicken always goes out perfectly and the Uber driver must have done something to the chicken during their two blocks away drive. I basically spent $25 for a drink and a fry because I could not eat the chicken. The next time that anyone has a craving for chicken, I highly recommend that you go find someones grandma to fry you some because baby this aint it.

They’re supposed to close at 11p.m but they close 2 hours early. One star for this location because of that.

Had high hopes for this Popeyes but it let me down. The service was not so good and they were out of all their chicken except thighs at 12:00 lunch time. I got the chicken sandwich instead and the chicken felt like I was eating a fake sandwich. And the mashed potatoes and gravy continued to let me down. I rate it 2/10 and I'm being generous. I will not be returning.

Please Shut this place down. They are always short staffed and I understand that but 30min for fast food is crazy ??♂️
