Amazing experience! I called Primo the day prior and they were able to come detail my car the next morning. My kids had spilled some coffee drinks/ice cream, covering them with a towel (my car was full of kid crap), and when the weather started getting warmer, the smell came! They worked for 2.5 hours on my car and it looks like the day I bought it brand new! Interior and exterior were done to way beyond my expectations! They now have a new customer for life!!

From most of the reviews I read about Primo I was expecting a quality service. I didn't have that at all. I can understand a few things here or there that would be missed but this was a lot. The photos will speak for themselves. From obvious dirt that was missed from my dog's nose prints still on the back window. When I pay $150 for a detail service I would have expected better than that and as it stands I wouldn't use their service again and I certainly wouldn't recomend them to anyone.

We just arrived fromCalifornia and had all 4 vehicles detailed. They did an amazing job on all cars. Priced right and high attention to detail. Every nook and crannie was cleaned. This crew is a keeper!

Very bad experience. I never do negative reviews but, when I pay 150$ for DETAIL cleaning I m expecting DETAIL cleaning. Right? I m gonna skip the fact that the guy wasn't even on time to pick up and all I m gonna say is that I just paid for a cleaning that I could have at any decent car wash place for less than a half of the money.
