I don't often pick up groceries but when I do, this is my first choice. Extra clean - who wants to buy food in a dirty grocery store?
The layout is easy to figure out. The prices and selection are good. The best part is the staff. They have been very friendly. I especially like how they seem to sense when help is needed and step in but acknowledge when you think you're okay.
I came for the Peppermint Stick ice cream, which should be available beyond Holiday season - but regrettably is not. I keep coming because they won me over.

Love this new Publix. For one, it's much closer to my house. They have a great selection of beautiful flowers & they are pretty cheap too. The store itself is kept very clean & organized. Also they pharmacy inside Publix is super quick at filling prescriptions & the staff is just lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PUBLIX.

This Publix truly exemplifies the corporate motto "Where Shopping is a Pleasure". Every time I come here, there is always a friendly employee to greet me at the register. The employees all seem very helpful and want to be there. I appreciate how clean the store is and how neatly stocked the shelves are. I always find everything I need. Truly a benchmark of how other grocery stores should run.

I ordered a cake 6 layers, they even took the picture and I was specific about what I wanted. When I picked up the cake was a simple cake w/o the 6 layers tall, it was supposed to be ivory and it has like two tones of the color (no balance). The lady told me she can remade it but with an attitude and I didn’t have time to just wait because it was for an event. They should have better communication, the order even has the price for the 6 layered cake. Very disappointed with the quality and attitude of the bakery lady.

Meadowlark/Robinhood Publix:
Other items may be acceptable, but I question their meat department. Today is January 1, 2025 (Happy New Year). Please notice the expiration as January 7, 2025 (6 days into the future) and the large BROWN spot on the side of the steak. I am not a meat expert, but my guess is that someone, not mentioning any names, repackaged their meat. Never have this problem with Trader Joes meat...

I'm from Ocala Florida Publix stores are all over Florida so coming to Winston-Salem NC and seeing a Publix made me feel at home until I entered the store I felt jealous our stores back in Ocala are not as beautiful and plentiful the choices were vast but with all it's variety of things the one common issue is un happy staff!! Unhappy staff means unprofessional service. Went to Publix deli, which is publix's achilles in all stores in florida, and it's because Publix hasn't decided if it's a deli or a Subway sandwich store so all attention goes to "Subway," and the deli is neglected only one person overwhelmed with work slicing for Boars head case which in my opinion should be filled by Boars head employee, I'm sure Boars head pays Publix which in turn doesn't give to their employees. The associate named Sharon was so over worked yet she was pleasant to my surprise I suggested to her to wipe down the meat slicer so that the blood wouldn't dry and be harder to clean she replied thank you, but you come first! Yet the store full of managers just like florida over managed and understaffed consumers always suffer! Corporate America is all about the Benjamin!!!!
