Just as others have mentioned, this location is constantly behind schedule, at least 10 minutes but usually 15 or more. I nearly missed an appointment scheduled for a half hour after my blood draw, an appointment literally on the same street. Only use this location if it's you're only option.

Do not use this lab. They advertise walk in until 3pm, I arrived at 2:50 and was refused for a drug screening. There are many other places which will do a drug screen that honor their open times.

This place is so slow. Doesn’t have any appointments, I’m the only one in the waiting room and no one is being serviced. Yet I’ve been waiting here 20 minutes. I’d give them a 0 if I could. Should’ve went to labcorp.

I made my appointment for some bloodwork conveniently online. Upon arrival, the check in process was simple. Within a few minutes I was called back by a lady who was extremely welcoming and upbeat. This immediately made me feel comfortable. The tests were done quickly and I felt somewhat dizzy after they took blood. They promptly gave me some water and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The sincere kindness of the people I worked with was beyond incredible. I wasn't expecting this level of service. Sincerely compassionate people in this business are rare. I walked away impressed.

Ms. Yvette deserves 100+ stars, she was fast, efficient, and extremely kind. I went for labs as a walk in and was in and out within no time, although she took her time with me because my veins were not trying to give any blood ?. I definitely appreciated her kind spirit it was what I needed today ? I would definitely recommend this site.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING - especially if it’s a time sensitive test for travel!!! I tested 72 hours before my cruise and they claimed they couldn’t find my test even though it was accepted in their portal. They also lost the tests for two other people that are traveling with me. There’s 6 of us - they lost 3 of the 6 tests. If you’re okay with those odds, go for it. Otherwise, go anywhere but here for testing. Thankfully I found a rapid test site in FL that can get me in first thing in the morning.

There is no excuse for how incredibly slow this place is. There is no one in the waiting room and the kiosk screen says that there is no one being served and I have been here for 10 minutes! I understand having to wait when they are busy and that is fine. I have been here before and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out.The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because some of the staff are friendly.Get it together... hardly ever have to wait at Lab Corp.

Worst experience ever. Terrible service the lady was just so rude and hateful and she laughed in my face when she told me I had to sit there in her lobby for another sample. I had no issue giving one but I can't sit in a room for three hours just because she told me to. Nor do I want to stay extra time in a place where I'm being disrespected and laughed at.

Went here for a work related drug test after 3 horrible attempts at Novant.Was in and out in less than 5 minutes as a walk-in.I regretfully did not get the name of the lady who helped me, but she was pleasant, efficient, and overall just as lovely as could be.I've used this place 3 or 4 times, and always have a positive experience. Will insist my employer continues to send me here instead of Novant on Winterhaven Lane, and I suggest you do, too!

They where fast but not very nice at all and I have to retest cause I couldn’t pee enough she gave me a bottle but didn’t tell me not to throw it away and was rude about another bottle of water well why didn’t you tell me this before walking away and you wanna refill it with Covid what ? And so worried about Covid but you have to wait in a small room and sign in on a tablet that’s not wiped down I would much rather wait at a clinic

The job will get done but compassion doesn't exist in this diagnostic "patient" "care" facility. When you call the phone is NEVER answered but you will get a recording stating that "this site is temporarily closed" no matter what time of day it is.
