I bought some Nike running shoes about 7 months ago. I barely used them but they started squeaking over time. I was embarrassed to even wear them. They replaced them with no problems. I really appreciate their business. Great store mgr.

BOGO 50% off is a terrible strategy I will not buy anything extra. I only want to buy one pair of shoes not 2! I’ll go somewhere else that has a small discount or pay $10 more just to get one pair instead of a pair that I don’t want.

Just drove from Lexington for them to have temporary store hours they close at 6pm not 8pm. Be nice if they would change those hours

Store was neat and well stocked with shoes. Very good associates that are available to help customers. They have a good variety of styles and I found a pair here for myself. I recommend this shoe store.

Great selection of flats, crocs, and sneakers. Converses galore. The dress shoes and heels doesn’t seem to be their bread and butter inventory. They do carry some Michael Kors, but if you are looking for a sexy pump might want to check other places. Inventory can be low if you are in the more popular women’s sizes of 6.5-7.5. The staff is top notch.

One of the ladies that work here offered to place an order for my size in hightop converse after asking if they were out of stock. That was nice of her to do but i kinda needed them the day of. I wanted these shoes specifically for a trip. I was going to every store in search for them shoes. Shouldve just ordered them instead like i was going to do instead of doing everything last minute.
