3/25/25 @5:25PM. Pulled into this Shell station by the hospital on fumes. Momentary relief was short lived. The pump (#4) clicked & stopped every 5 seconds. After it started and stopped a dozen times, I walked inside and asked the clerk if there was anything he could do. He said he’d check; he went to the back room, returned with a piece of paper and said he’d run a report, and the pump was operating correctly. It took 20 minutes to pump 3 gallons of gas— enough fuel to drive to a better gas station.

Times on the website are wrong very sketchy place almost fought 2 people yesterday bc they thought I was robbing sum1 when I was ordering pizza pumps are slow asf and it’s dirty

This place has been smelling very fecal recently. I don't feel very safe buying consumable products here. its a shame. its very close to where I live and this kind of thing rarely happens. I don't really like writing reviews, but I would like to see this be addressed in someway

Used my card to pay and the reader said something to the effect of waiting for cashier. He was abrupt and rude, telling me to insert my card, which was in the reader (!!!). I told him that reader said it was waiting on him, and he told me it wasn't and accused me of using it wrong.

Heard a manager at the Cloverdale location calling a higher up and saying “You know I don’t like Mexicans why did you send me one to work” good job John. Racial discrimination in the workplace. Why is he a manager? Dude is tweaking at 9am and racist *** towards Hispanics.

The cards that they gave me inorder to sign up for their rewards program was only accessable in India, They wanted information from me that that would have nothing to do with rewards in store shopping. They were more concerned about my personal information.

John and James are now my new "go to" guys for repairs. After another garage misdiagnosed the problem and tried to rip me off, these guys quickly fixed it at a very reasonable price.

It's a gas station, how glamorous can it be to warrant a 5 star. But for what it is, it does it well. The pumps are fast and reliable, and when COVID started they put these glove dispensers at the pump, nice touch! The employees always wear masks and are helpful. And then I found out that on top of the building is a big sign. And on that sign is the phrase "Stay Strong", pointed at the Baptist Cancer Center. And that gets them the fifth star.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The employee behind the counter was rude , completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Please consider going elsewhere!!!! Continuing patronage only perpetuates this awful behavior.
