I stopped at 6:15 am. Website says they are open but the cashier said it would be 5 more minutes. She should be fired for making her own hours and not following operating hours….Sad and lazy staff..Wouldn’t recommend…plenty of other gas stations alone Reynolda Rd.

Says it's open 24 hours. There are people inside and the door is locked and they just gave me a work clothes motion and it's 11:56. Could have gone to three other gas stations if I'd known this one wasn't going to be open. I'll pump my gas elsewhere.

Tonight I had the WORST and I mean the worst treatment ever. My husband and I were humiliated and made to feel less than. Told we were to separate because Gay marriage is not recognized in the State of North Carolina. Well, MR. Darryl cashier behind the counter...educate yourself on this.

Ask a question about Shell fuel rewards in-Store purchase and nobody knows anything! It clearly has, The Shell Fuel Rewards stickers on the Coolers glass.Nobody Knows! Shell rewards inside purchase products are listed on their web site for .05 or .10$ Gas Rewards! Reward items like Candy Bars should be marked also!

Ryan (Store Manager) and Romona are very rude individuals. Everytime i come in the store, I have problems with them. Romona is very rude, and immediately makes me feel like. She does not want to be there. They don't ask for identification, unless they don't like you. Even if you have the paper identification from the DMV, which is acceptable. They joke and talk junk about customers, near the lotto dispenser; behind the counter. It's very unprofessional, and they don't clean the store. Buckets of water everywhere, even water on the floor. I almost slipped, wholes all in the ceiling. I am a regular customer, as well as family members; but I will not be after this unprofessional visit. & Its not even the store, its the employees Romona and Store Manager Ryan. Hopefully they will have it fixed, and it can become a better atmosphere to come to.
