I pass this to and from work every day and I have never stopped here before this morning. I week never stop here again in the morning. First, is difficult to get in or out with traffic unless your going a certain way, but that could be somewhat overlooked especially considering how clean and maintained the store was. But the two last employees there (one was cooking, the other at register) were SO unpleasant and sour; it was like the world in general was an inconvenience to them. Combined with the FU looks for zero reason to everyone, it’s absolutely not a way to start your day for a morning coffee or at any time for that matter.
Again, the store (including bathroom) was clean and maintained, so I might try again, but in the evening when, hopefully, these two employees of the year won’t be working.

Spent $80 on fuel here and couldn’t even get the bathroom key. Cashier said manager didn’t give it back to her… so you work an entire shift without peeing?? Oooookay. I’m an essential sewer/water worker and couldn’t even wash my hands. Don’t even bother with this dump.

I don't recommend that gas station. They don't want you to use the bathroom. And they also want to charge you for using the bathroom.

Just stopped in during a road trip. Got gas and attempted to take my son to the restroom but the cashier was too busy telling into her phone to talk to us. She just looked at me and made the hand motion across her throat, I guess indicating she wouldn't be helping us.We went across the street to Speedway for snacks instead.

I live nearby (within walking distance) and used to frequent this store to grab a mid-day snack and beverage along with filling up my vehicles, until this past trip. I was taking my time so I could read nutrition info on the packaging when the guy behind the counter leaned over and said, "if you're going to do that, please don't come back in this store." To which I replied, "I'm sorry? What do you mean?" He then said, "you know what I mean. You're putting stuff in your pocket."He was profiling me (I rode my skateboard there and had work clothes on at the time) and wrongly accused me of trying to steal something.When I asked to speak to the boss, he told me he is the boss (I suspect he was lying to avoid trouble) and when I asked him to call the cops if he was accusing me, he refused and said I could call them.I went across the street to the Speedway (that has better snacks and drinks) to buy my trail mix, and needless to say, I won't be going back to this Shell.

You have to pump gas in order to use the restroom, that maybe ok. But to expect every person that's with you to make a purchase is ridiculous, specially if you just filled your car.

After pumping gas early this morning I needed to collect a receipt to submit to my company, since this is a company car. The message on the pump screen that appeared after I filled up says that "CLERK HAS RECEIPT." Well, no they don't. You're not open. If you weren't going to give me a receipt, then I would have went somewhere else. You need to notify customers before they pump. Please put receipt paper in your pumps like any bona fide gas station. Thanks.

Zack was disgusting and rude!! I do not think that Manager would want someone like him representing the establishment. I was charged $137.00 for $10.00 worth of gas. Zack said he didn't know why I was telling him because he was "just the cashier"! No "I'm sorry" or let me get you name and number for the manager"! A nice lady overheard the entire conversation and gave me good advice. He was on his phone when I walked in, and I had to ask him to pull up his mask!! Very unprofessional. Again, not who I would want representing me if I were the manager!

wish i could give less been coming to this store for 20 plus years....get gas and pull up to add a little air to my tires. the attendent says air is $1 are you kidding me....
