Visiting town and of course 3 boys who are soccer players. Came to shop to look around, staff was great with nous and we all ended buying something. Sale prices were great, ended buyingva pair of cleats for son much cheaper than back home in Florida.

The staff and level of service was TOP NOTCH! My son needed to try on several pairs of cleats, as his foot is between child and adult sizing. The young lady who helped was very knowledgeable about sizing amongst different brands and styles of cleats.The experience was so much better than the big-box chain stores.I'm looking forward to our next shopping trip to the Soccer Shop!

I needed a pair of indoor cleats pronto and I called several stores just to reach their automated service. I called Soccer Shop and was immediately greeted by Sarah. Since this store in Winston was quite a drive for Sarah made sure that I hv my size at the store inventory. That was very considerate of her. When I reached the store, she was just amazing helping me find the right cleats and I ended up with a Nike Tiempo.Soccer Shop is located right in downtown Winston Salem. So be prepared to look for a parking spot. I was just lucky to find right in front on the store but I know that could be a challenge. Everything u need for soccer.... these guys have it. They are soccer specialist and don't keep anything non-soccer related e.g. golf shoes, baseball bats etc. It is a small store and pretty organized. It has artificial grass inside the store so you can run around or move the ball around. Great experience and would recommend any soccer maniac like me to visit.

This place is great if you know what you're looking for. Although the prices on products are high, but they are based on the texture. Took a look at it myself and bought a pair of cleats, and I made a great choice. Staff and Owners are polite and respectful. I recommend this place to get a new pair of cleats, socks, jersey..etc.

They did our soccer teams uniforms. Not only were most incomplete, but they were either deliver a day or two before our first tournament, or didn’t come at all. We ordered by the deadline that was given to us by the company! I was missing an item in my order. Ive left countless messages and emails and No one has acknowledged even one message. This is my sons first year playing travel soccer and we needed to order a "kit". I had no idea what that was or even how to order it. My son and I went to the Soccer Shop for help. The young lady that was working in the store that day was extremely helpful. She informed us that there is a sizing difference for some items due to the cut. She allowed him to try on various sizes of shorts, jerseys, and practice t-shirt. She then helped me place the order online in the store. I will definitely return for future soccer needs.

Jason was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of any cleat you can think of. He examined the arches and contour of my feet and asked about my position before recommending a great cleat for me. Best costumer service ever!
