Totally unprofessional. They had my rim for 5 hours and I had to call them, only to find that they couldn't fix it. I wasted an entire day waiting on them when I cud have been making other arraignments. When I finally did speak with someone all the did was make excuses and even got rude and cut me off saying "I dont feel like have anymore conversation about it". They were very rude and disrespectful. Would NEVER recommend them.
