The staff is really knowledgeable and kind. They take time to explain you everything about the facility and the rules. They are always open to answer any concerns. The storage is well located just out of Peter's creek and I-40.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst storage company they will lie to your face about the mold and mildew. I have brand new equipment that was in there that is now molded and has mildew on it. I have had outdoor storages before this is never happened. They also had someone in there that was living in there with animals the doors were wide open while it was raining a whole week Lord knows what other Critters could’ve gotten in there And they refused to reimburse me or take care of the damage property And hung up on me when I asked to speak to corporate, I would strongly suggest against Using this company! They will probably try to have this delete it I’m sure!
