By far the best Subway! I have done a lot of mobile orders/curbside pick ups at this location during lunch with no issues! Always received exactly what I ordered and very very friendly!

I ordered online and accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich not understanding the menu online. I came back up to try and get my right sandwich remade and brought the wrong one because I don’t eat pork and the manger refused to make sandwich my again because she said it was my fault that happened and it wasn’t her problem to fix. She said she would give me Turkey to put on my sandwich but I don’t eat pork and pork was already on the sandwich. I then asked for a refund for the sandwich and was going to give it back to her and she refused also to give me a refund also. Eventually she decided to remake my sandwich after ten minutes of me complaining and just wanted my right order. Coustmer service is everything in a business and this is not the way to win your coustmers especially if your the manger.

Waited 30 mins today to get my mobile order. One time I didn’t get my food at all because the store manager closed down hours early. Always a problme here.

I placed an online order, once placed it said it would not be ready for an hour. Tried to call to cancel, and the number posted here on Google and on the subway app is not a working number. So I have no way to contact this store to get an order canceled. Businesses need to have a way to contact them. Ridiculous.

Put in and paid for online order. Arrived and store is closed during business hours with no warning. Will be getting refund and not ordering here again

There was only one person in front of us, The only employee working did not want to let the customer go… they continued to talk with this person up till it was 10 minutes into the order. No wonder this place isn’t getting any business, the employees here have no sense of time or respect for customers waiting. Whoever the owner is here they have a serious issue.

They did a great job fulfilling my online order on Mon night Jan 2, but Subway has a past history of not entirely fulfilling my online orders as they often forget to give me the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered along with my subs. Therefore, that puts me in a position where I feel the need to double check behind them to ensure the cookies were placed in my bag. And when I asked the lady who was working the evening shift that night on Jan 2 if she placed my cookies in the bag, she started to cop a snippy attitude saying she placed them in there and proceeded to walk off. I wasn’t feeling that all. She better check herself.

I’ve never rated a restaurant on google before. My son and I went to this location around 2 o’clock and we were the only people there. The girl who was working was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. We’ve been going to this location for years now. We’ve always been treated well until today. I didn’t even bother letting her make our sandwich. She was miserable from the start. She acted like we were a nuisance and continually rolled her eyes. Just blatant disrespect. God forbid you order a sub at a subway. We went to the location on Reynolda rd instead. The lady there was by herself and it was very busy. But she was kind and professional throughout. The complete opposite of the girl at the Robinhood location. We’ve been there dozens of times but wont be returning. They don’t deserve my business. Just absolutely disgusted with how me and my eleven year old son were treated.

The person working today 9.1.2022 did not want to be there. Awful attitude. Ordered a simple tuna sandwich. Lettuce and onions. Got home and no onions but tomatoes. She was right there in front of me when I told her what I wanted. No smile just a sour taste and now she left me with no chance of me ever returning to this location. Just thought the manager would like to know. Thanks
