These guys & GALS are the BOMB DIGGADY! THEY ALL ARE WELL EQUIPPED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.I had a rough day waking up to my phone not working. No emails, texts, or calls. I talked to numerous technical folks through 611 and kept running into dead ends. I was so FURIOUS I considered switching providers. I pulled up to the REYNOLDA store and explained my problem. My guy fixed the whole problem with a sim card. That is a very special Tmobile! They have my business!A YO, TO THE BIG CHEESE'S HIGH UP! MOVE THESE FOLKS FROM FRIES TO NUGGETS WITH A 15% RAISE ON TOP! I RUN A BUSINESS AND BEING IN A LEADERSHIP POSITION I NEED HIGHLY TRAINED PEOPLE RUNNING THINGS. THE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO HANDLES THINGS WHEN I'M AWAY ON A CRUISE VACATION. KEEP IT UP!

I came to this store to switch from Verizon. Tre did an outstanding job of switching two phones and a watch for me to T-Mobile. He patiently and politely listening to my many questions and then efficiently and pleasantly did all the technical things to make it happen. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and Tre is an outstanding representative for T-Mobile. They are lucky to have him in their employ.

T-mobile now charges $5.00 to pay your bill in store. What is this? This is my first time hearing about this. I will definitely will be changing carriers. I am DONE!!!

T-mobile add 5 dollars to my bill because I come inside to pay instead if using the app. Well this month i go on the app to pay and I can't due to my web page not loading this happens every time I try to pay online. Not to mention I'm still having to pay the Xtra 5 dollars. I feel that it's right to punish the customers

This store are not very helpful or friendly at all... You talk to customer service and they tell you to go to the store ... This store only helps if you are a new customer if you go for a trade in the manger Robin always says they are out of stock... Every time come on she can order it if that's what I want to do I would do it myself..

I went to So. Stratford Store, Winston-Salem, NC. That's where I did business in August 2022. The Store was closed for renovation. I was referred to the Store at 2898 Reynolda. There, the service was nothing short of horrible. The floor Manager was not even interested in my current plan with T-Mobile. He was more into what I have to trade in. I walked out of there thinking that, maybe I should not have switched from Boost Mobile to T-Mobile back in August 2022.

Everyone at T-Mobile are very friendly, helpful, and answer questions easily and advise us what would be good for us seniors and in a way that's easy to understand. They always call us by our name and I feel like I am part of their family. Hubby and I have been with them as our phone carrier for many years and know some of the people by their names too. Always feel welcome when we go there.

I have the service here and it is horrible, lousy, I do not recommend it at all. Better go to another company. I have my phone and my husband switched to this company. Currently the network fails him a lot. Calls do not come in, the signal is lost in any place. I explained the problem to them and among the boys who work there they just turn to look and laugh in your face mockingly, they see you they ignore you and who knows how much they start talking you just turn your back on them. They told my husband they would chip the phone and wished him "good luck" big stupid solution. I hope my husband will change to another company soon and so will I. By the way, the phone is 5G and it sucks. They only look for clients and they talk to you nicely and when you ask them for help they just act crazy.

If you would like to use T-mobile, just order online.Have a problem? They’re going to have you call T-mobile anyway.Have a problem with a device? That’ll be a $45 restocking fee! Outside of your control? Too bad.The sales team may not be knowledgeable about the phones, watches, etc.This store is independent. The employees work on commission. There are fees for everything.Just order online or call T-Mobile. They will make it right and save you a lot of money on fees. Need to return an item? No problem if you orders directly through T-Mobile.Chances are this branch won’t even have your phone in stock, t-mobile will have to ship it to you. You’ll end up calling them with any issue anyway.They are nice, but not helpful when it matters. The owner was unhelpful and didn’t care.
